Are all Liara romance scenes any different to starting a new game and romancing her?

Compared to my Shepard who has remained loyal to her since me1 and 2.

If it is the same scenes then all that staying loyal for years was for nothing.

I do understand that certain dialogue will be different, just wondering about the romance ones.
