I think she will start out in Mordin's lab when you pick her up and perhaps eventually moves into your quarters as you progress in romance. At least that's how I expect it.
It would be a bit awkward if she just started out in your quarters from the start when you pick her up.
I do hope they do the DA style comments from Shepard on some things in his quarters, like what Hawke does.
Something like finger prints on the prothean sphere, or on his old helmet, paperwork on his desk, etc.
They already did that sort of thing when you go to Liara's appartment.

I've seen shots of the armour adapted for FemShep which are black and red and look pretty damn good IMO.

Anything but the lego tiara

Yes that's the costume I was refering to. It's not terrible is just doesn't kinda look right for some reason to me. Also if they are going to give Liara head gear, I'm only open to the suggestion of bunny ears.
