I started my 2nd pt yesterday and in Mars when you find Liara and she kills the Cerberus troopers chasing her you can totally see a "Blood rage" Liara moment.

Me too! I got lucky. I played my canon on my first runthrough the game and with just enough EMS to save Shep.
You don't get the 'breath' on the first run, but the numbers point to 'live to fight again' in the save file. I also said 'screw this!' to the kid and did what I came to do - destroy the reapers. That was 'The Mission'. EDI and I had become good friends, and it was her influence, telling me that she changed her core self preservation programming to put organics or any 'friend' first before her own safety that told me she would have understood my choice. But I cried a
lot. First Legion, now her and the entire Geth race.

If I didn't suck at MP, I'd pretend the Asari Vanguard I haven't unlocked yet and never will is Liara's sister.

lol - that's a cool headcanon... I may have to do that. I run a Human Vanguard but just unlocked the Asari Vanguard the other day. Have not played MP though. I'm at 91%  readiness right now and have the Ipad doing some of the work for me to keep it from dropping.

Replay value for ME 3 may just have been blasted out of the water, shot into orbit and launched into a dying sun, if reports from Final Hours are correct.

Can't say, will she even be available to chat with in that way after Thessia? I think there's a window for that. Or I may be wrong. Anyway, you have the "after Thessia" chat in her room.

I bet the dialog doesn't change.

I'm not sure if squad dialog is affected by quest timers.  I guess you'll have to check it out.

You invoked the name of a dead man... And it'd be Admiral, if he were alive.

But.. yeah, kind of how I imagined that little domestic moment would go. The kids might still be giggling while suspended in the air. Don't wanna have to do a diaper change while they're in the air though.

Well, if your EMS is high enough, you can't see them, which implies to me that they survived. If EMS is low, they do appear dead in a pool of blood, otherwise they're replaced by generic Alliance soldiers. 

If I saw Liara and Garrus get killed, the mission would be restarting within nanoseconds.

And if you see them dead and any playthrough, you should really remember that EDI and most aliens don't bleed red... try not to see them though... do what ever it takes to save em all. Nobody gets left behind!

Right there with you, but I think this was cut from the game, where the two squaddies die no matter what. A low EMS score may still get them killed, but nobody would do that deliberately, would they?

But all this actual talk of Mass Effect is getting me really tired. Final Hours sheds a lot of light on the development process, and unless Bioware come up with some answers to the burning questions I wonder if they'll have an audience left to address?

Back to Liara & little blue babies.

Imagine how handy a biotic wife would be, I mean, lifting the kids without having to use our hands. They can never run away from you if they've been naughty!

Random dead asari during cerberus assault on Citadel says otherwise. She was on her own against the wall, and it was painted red. Couldn't kill enough of those cerberus terrorists. TIM couldn't die enough times to atone for everything.

I'm guilty as sin of doing that! reloaded, leaved Garrys and Liara behind and took James and Ashely which me (wich kinda sucks too because I really started to like James).
