Well unless he modded his game, the only way you can romance Tali is with a Male Shepard. Also because he did not state otherwise, I'm assuming he is talking about the ENG version. For a male ENG shepard my preference is  Tali,Miranda, and then Ashly.

For an EU/AS Male Shepard it is Liara,Ashly and Miranda.

For an ENG Female Sheaprd it is Liara, Garus, and then Thane.

For an EU/AS Female Sheaprd it is Liara, Thane,Garus, and then sometimes Kaiden.(German Kaiden is just..)

So overall my favorite is Liara, but for an ENG Mshepard it is Tali.

Hey Liara fans I just have a quick question, I'm doing my Liara romance playthrough and I heard that at one point Wrex comments on the relationship, I don't want the actual dialogue but if anyone can tell me when it happens it would be much appreciated.
