I'll start my actual canon playthrough now. This game lasts only up to the Cerberus base. After that the Reapers just pull out, because it makes as much sense as the actual ending does.

I understand what you mean.  I'm not sure if I can write anything more around what I have already written.  I started a story about the eldest Kaja when she's about 200.  I think I can finish this one.  I don't know if I'll write anything new from what I was speculating about.  Not after seeing the ending and thinking about where to go next.  I think I have something worked out, but it goes against Liara being on the Normandy.  The Normandy can be on some unknown planet as long as Liara and my other squadmate(YTD for canon) are still on Earth.  It's either Garrus or Tali.  Not sure who.  Garrus is the more logical choice.  I have to think about that some more.  That might be the only thing I change from the game.   

I can do the whole thing.  I'll always pick destroy.  It's the only ending where there is with a sliver of hope.  I picked destroy last night with 4000+ with Anderson dying because I wanted to shoot TIM.  Not doing that again either.  :unsure:So no headcanon happy ending for Ash and Jaxx Shepard.

Thank you very much.  It's amazing that Bioware put so much thought into details concerning the romance options in Mass Effect 3.

Actually, I'm glad I've seen both.  Had made my runs more interesting.  I keep hearing things I missed.  Some of it depends on who you take.  The recording I have is Liara and James on Sur'Kesh.  So when Shepard jokes about the yahg becoming the new shadow broker.  You only get Liara saying, "Not funny."  I took Garrus with me and he comments about it saying T'Soni.  I start to notice little things after a while.  I actually enjoy not knowing what all I did in the other games when I import more Shepards.  I know what it says at the beginning, but I don't remember if some squadmates are unloyal and still alive.  I did have a few playthroughs like that.  I do know who is dead.  I didn't take notes on who was loyal and who was unloyal.  

@jib  Me too.  Now if they would only fix the 1st talk on the Normandy.

You can't beat Liara saying it first. It's like something that's been long awaited.

They all seem to comment on the last mission even if they didn't go with you.  Which is another thing I really like about this game.  I didn't get drunk Tali talking to Javik.  Might have to do with Miranda dying.  Not sure if she was loyal or not.  This could have been a Shepard that picked Jack over her and left it that way.  He did romance Jack after Ash's words on Horizon.

I just tried editing one of my ME2 saves and unmarked all squad mates as loyal, I marked them as dead. When I came to importing the save into ME3 it still says that I survived the suicide mission with 12 squad members.

It's okay Yuqi ... my favorite was Ashley but she was not open to femshep. Because of her I made a male Shepard and that is pretty close to equaling my canon female Shepard with Liara. So when I am on the Liara thread I speak in relation to EW Shepard and when I am on the Ash thread it's PV Shepard. You don't have to love just one. 

My brother romanced Tali and it was sweet in ME2 ... I would have loved to see how it played out in ME3 but I can't stomach seeing the game yet which is a bummer. I used my first run Shepard so both of my main Shepards are waiting in the wings. If the game is "as is" then I'm afraid they won't get to see ME3.

To me they are all Shepard, I mean I  don't put much thought into them at all. The only differences for me are  whethere they are paragon or renagade, and male or female. Whic is incredibbly awkward when I see how much thought other people put into their shepards.
