I'm not taking Ash anywhere with me.  Unless I have to.  I did take her to the Cerberus base to see her reaction to the vids about Shepard's rebuilt. 

Ash rubs me the wrong way and she still does in ME3.  Easier for me to deal with Kaidan than Ash.

Alright so I'm working through my second playthrough and I'm talking to everyone all the time to make sure that I don't miss anything on this playthrough. I visited Kaiden in the hospital and was talking to him and he made some comment about me flirting with him. Was that in jest or am I beginning to go down that romance path? I've been talking to Liara however I haven't "locked it in" yet and I just want to make sure that I'm not going to screw it up.

Not a problem, but for simplicity's sake, allow me to make the case for newdefaultFemShep as well.

Hello monsieur! Look at customFemShep, now look at newdefaultFemShep. Now back to custom, now back to default. Sadly, she isn't her. But if she had freckles, she could look like her. Look down, look back up. You're on the Normandy with Liara. What's on your mind, back at custom. They both have freckles. Look again, they're about to kiss. Anything is possible when FemShep has freckles. I'm on a kakliosaur.

You'll know when you lock in to Kaidan.  I paragoned Kaidan in my first run and talked to him first on the Citadel after returning from the coup attempt.  He told Shepard how he felt and he got turned down again.  He got turned down in ME1 too.  You'd think he would have gotten the hint then.  <_<  2nd run, I talked to Liara to locked her in first then talked to Kaidan.  Talk with him is better.  Shepard called him a brother.  Works for my canon femShep.

It's plays the same if Shepard is with another LI.  They're just friends at that point.  Lines are different as well.  I can see where I saved it on Mars to record it.  If not I'll have to start over in order to record that.  I'm on Palavan now with that Shepard and not recording anything.

I kinda regret not saving Kaidan, and not having a save where he's alive. But my playthroughs tend to only have minor differences. I would've liked to have seen the differences, and I wish I had the save editor to change this, but alas, my uni network is playing up. It would've been fun to be at least be able to turn someone down. I mean Samantha showering is fine, but the door open, and creepy FemShep not saying  "Traynor, I'm with Liara.." was... *shrugs* And then there's Lola, but I think that played out all right, except for the tattoo part. I figure, would my FemShep, in a relationship with Liara, tease anyone in that way? But his reaction was funny.

Although Shep seems overly concerned about Ash, even though Ash was being a total queen b**ch to Shep on Mars. I mean I get that Ash is the longest serving member on Shep's retinue, after Joker and Dr Chakwas(and Engineer Adams), but c'mon. Snapping at Liara over Ash? I don't see it happening with my Shep, ever.

I can't even do the tattoo convo with him...my Shepard just doesn't act like that.

Yeah, the "I need you" part was a little wierd to me.  That's the one thing I hate about more auto-dialog...they force your Shep to sound more flirty than I'd like at times.

I hear this is just leftover bits from ME 2. Because it's the same as in ME 2's save system? I don't know, I'd love for there to be some actual ending DLC, but the silence does nothing for my hope. And the fact that they're taking feedback over the endings implies to me that they felt that was the way to end it, and didn't expect that people would notice their choices were taken away from them.

That's just me being cynical again though.

This is some good news!

Actually I think it's referring to the NG+ mode rather than continuing playing after the ending with DLC.

Oh I really didn't notice.  

I just figured she was a bit shaken up b/c of what happened to Ash.  Even if your Shepard isn't friends with her, it would still be tough to see a squad member near death.

I did as well. If i remember doesnt Diana get a double bed where as garrus has to sleep on the floor! I wish there was a "Not on my watch!" option so i could give it to garrus.

No, I'm throwing ideas out there.  I have no idea what any DLC is going to be about.  I doubt I'll buy any weapon/armor type DLC, but storyline DLC I will get.

Can't imagine it'd be that hard. Be honest with the fanbase and tell them you were high on LSD when you wrote the ending and the deadline was too short to change it, then fix the endings in a patch or a free DLC. Only acceptable way to do it. Then give us a proper epilogue in which Liara and Shepard get their happily ever after ending...

I think thats exactly what happened, they ran out of time and slapped somthing together.

Considering Shep's a soldier, I figured she'd seen enough death to know the score and not be so easily shaken by a squadmate getting hurt. I mean Jenkins got barely a nod whe he was torn to shreds by drones.

In fact, she seemed downright cool when bloody James nearly killed everyone with a shuttle. I can only wonder what her reaction would be if it were Liara who got hurt. Hoo boy.
