Liara's still Liara. Just cyberpunk now and all.

I wonder if every living being in the galaxy stops aging after choosing that ending, since they're all now part machine there's no reason for them to age in a biological sense.

Who knows. Does Liara need to eat cyberpunk pants and cyberpunk animals? Does she still procreate or need to?

It's a very interesting future if you pick straight and center.

Wait, you mean...there are people that don't headcanon them doing it all over the Normandy?

Hey guys, I've been without a working computer for the last couple days. Can anyone fill me in on any notable stuff I might have missed?

Lots of ME3 captures and speculation/discussion about the endings in general and a possible alternate endings DLC (which was technically confirmed to happen by Casey Hudson yesterday)

wait wait wait, can you give me please the link in which Casey Hudson confirmed the alternate endings DLC??? I knew they're going to discuss them, but it's just that, discussing them, but from that point to make a DLC with alternate endings??

see ya liara lovers

EDIT: I also like Morinth and I found her Banshee quite funny :D

I think it's this one.

http://news.softpedi...ck-259216.shtml

Casey does not say an ending DLC is forthcoming in that article ... "Mass Effect 3 was designed to deliver a bittersweet ending, as a conclusion of a war across the galaxy is never truly happy."

Using World War II as an example ... couldn't we have seen something more like this?

Image IPB

I mean ... c'mon! Yes we know that there will be clean up, follow up power struggles, friends died, etc etc. But didn't both Shepard and us the gamers deserve at least the "victory" moment that all wars seem to have in that last bullet fired act? If we were committed to our Shepard, did everything right or at least tried to do everything right couldn't there have been some payoff other than under rubble?

Control = Reapers control you = Indoctrinated.

Synthesis = Reaper (what is a reaper? Synthetic and Melted sapiens) = Indoctrinated.

Destroy = Resistance = Shep alive.

It's not that difficult to understand. This was never the end I just wish BW went about it differently.

Luckily I picked "destroy" as my first choice, so that's my "canon" decision. I'm sad about EDI and the Geth, I hope the Guardian was lying when he said they'd be destroyed.

With the funky look of Joker and Liara after you jump into the beam (option B I like to call it) it just shows how wrong this is. Others may be okay with this but for me it was just so awful to see how Shepard had allowed (created) this. Too sad.

Hey everybody just dropping in to say hi and god i'm gone for a week and i have to read a 100 pages of thread whatever happened to the no mass posting while me/karmen/fdl are away. Also Hollow you win i'm 1 1/2 playthroughs in and I like her SB armor better so i will concede that the chocolate armor is better :).

I don't see how anyone can be okay with an option that doesn't destroy the Reapers.

Reapers and their damn mind games. Trying to use Shepard's own emotions, relationships, and loyalties against him! Those bastards!
I don't trust hte merge ending. Too many variables, Not enough data. You go through three games hell bent on destroying them and than final 10 minutes you all of sudden get the ''choice'' to merge? ...man harbinger needs to get in on the poker games. played a lot of shep's for saps.

Harbinger was playing you. Trying to manipulate you by playing to your emotions or ego. Nothing happened to the tech in the galaxy. Edi is fine, the Geth are fine, ships are fine, Mass Relays are intact, Citadel is fine (and needs to be liberated so you better have had the defense force maxed). What else do you think the CDF was for. Every part of your EMS will have an impact on the state of the galaxy in a 'live to fight again' scenario.

Admittedly, this is me being hopeful and optimistic, but at the same time it just seems logical.

That was me so I picked destroy and then thought I must have chose wrong with the lack of ending ... so I went and reloaded the final push and chose control ... nope. Then merge baby merge ... nope.

I'll admit that I would like at least one ending where Shepard is seen surviving and with his love interest. If I want only sucky then I'll watch the news instead.

Yep, I hope that's the case, the kid's discourse seemed to try to distance Shepard from picking destroy by appealing to emotion, and I also find it curious that Harbinger didn't try to communicate with Shepard during the entire story when in ME2 he was constantly communicating with Shepard .

Agree with you right there Turbo it just doesn't make sense that it would destroy all synthetics, which also wouldn't that mean that basically any person in the galaxy with any form of cybernetic implant would be destroyed with that option also.  it just doesn't make sense.  but i'm gonna keep myself hopefully optimistic here for some dlc

By the way, adding to what's already been said, but isn't it curious that the destroy ending is the only one hinting Shepard surviving, when Shepard is "half machine" too?

You want more proof; there is supposedly a post destroy ending email from Shep's LI. I haven't triggered it yet - not sure exactly what conditions need to be met. If it's not fake, it would provide even more hope that this war is far from over.

Email in the Normandy or the Datapad?

I'd imagine it would be on Datapad, if it exists (I honestly don't know), considering the game spits you back to the point before attacking the Cerberus base.

I saw it, but it looked more like an email Shepard would receive during the beginning of the game while in house arrest.

Goddess, I have absolutely love the romance with Liara, I feel more in love with her character, hearing her say I love you, and talk a bit about the little blue children was awesome, seeing her worry about Shepard. For this I thank the writers and Bioware….. Specially Ali Hills and Jennifer Hale, your voice acting is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But the problem that I find with the game, is the ending, it’s confusing and clear in a strange way, what happened??? The choices that you made reduced to 3, is Shepard alive??????
I’m not sure how I feel.

Does anybody think that they did this on purpose, to sell us extra DLC latter on???? Or suggest a Mass effect 4, maybe?????

I have a what in my brain since yesterday
