Edit: so tell me people, what made YOU want to romance Liara? Apart from the fact that she is such an interesting character and a beauty to top it up! I really love how she CONTRIBUTES so much to Shepard, not only in bed but also on the battlefield. Had Shepard not rescued her, Saren might have won back in ME1.

1)  Before even meeting her, Udina referred to her as "Dr."
2)  meaning she has a Ph.D.
3)  smart women are hot

Belly button. They are either depressions (innies) or protrusions (outies). Liara has an outie.

Meh, my little brother has an 'outie' and Liara isn't even close to that (it looks horrible), so I'm not really too fussed.

It's pretty cool to see what asari skin actually looks like now though, due to the advances Bioware made with ME3's graphics.

Beware, this might seem like a "Liara hater" post at first, but I simply want to show  the process of me reconsidering my opinion about Liara from Mass Effect 1 to 3. Redemption ftw. So please bear with me. 

Shame on me, because I have to admit that at first, I didn't like Liara in Mass Effect 1 at all and thus went after Ashley and Kaidan respectively (they weren't much better, though). Back then, I thought that Liara was simply a stereotyped "I am such a naive, innocent and socially awkward loner!" and to me, her romance was badly written ("Hey, rumors say my species is a bunch of sex obsessed space ****s!" - one conversation later- "Wanna make love to me?"). Facepalm.

When I met her on Illium in Mass Effect 2, my dislike grew even more, because now she was "a naive, innocent and socially awkward loner turned vengeful, Shadow Broker obsessive creep", who sent me running some hacking errands and lost herself in more "Shadow Broker! Arrrgh! Hate! Revenge!" muttering. WTF. 

Then I bought the Mass Effect Redemption comic and was suprised by Liara's commitment and loyalty to Shepard. It truly touched me and I corrected my opinion about her a little bit, but not enough to make me like her really much. But then...

...then I played Lair of the Shadow Broker. And everything changed.

It was then that I truly realized how much Liara was in love with Shepard, even though my FemShep back then hadn't returned her feelings (that's the reason why I believe that Liara is in official canon in love with Shepard, no matter what the player chooses). I searched her apartment, found Shepard's armor and Liara's message that was triggered only by Shepard's DNA and felt like a complete jackass. And the more the DLC progressed, the more I grew to understand Liara and her feelings and that I had been too short-sighted to see that she wasn't a "vengeful, Shadow Broker obsessive creep", but a lonely, grief-struck girl who couldn't cope with the death of the person she loved so much and who sought refuge in a quest of vengeance so that she wouldn't have to face reality. The conversation in Shepard's private quarters also revealed that she could read Shepard past that pokerface (no other companion cared to do that) and I was happy to let my FemShep tell her how she truly felt.

And after that I replayed Mass Effect 1 and romanced Liara, completely ignoring Kaidan, stayed faithful to her in Mass Effect 2 and continued the relationship in Mass Effect 3 without second thoughts.

People, keep your love blue and true, for Liara is the only one.  I hope I didn't bore you to death or offended you.

I don't think it would feel like snake/lizard skin. It's textured, but looks far more supple than snake skin. The head crests are obviously scaled, though. They look soooo smooooth...

They are going to release this PROMISED ending either way. I've read a lot of facts and I'm confident that the Indoctrination Theory is correct. This means Bioware has planned this all along and they are going to release the real ending. If they never planned on that and the Indoctrination Theory is wrong(which I highly doubt) they will HAVE to release a better ending else they will lose a HUGE number of fans which might add up to hundreds of thousands if not millions. So just give it some time people, we will get what we want either way ; )

It was just one guy, and he technically didn't sue BioWare but denounced it against some media organization.

Didn't Javik say the Asari used to have hair until they started to mate with lizards? (which doesn't make sense because the reproduction of the Asari doesn't take DNA, I'm starting to believe Javik is bored and just messes with the crew)

I dunno it really does look like some underbelly's of lizards I've seen... or actually more like the neck of my tortoise, which has a very soft yet textured feel to it and is suprisingly supple.  It certainly doesn't look like it will feel like human skin. 

It's certainly more  appealing then the dry squid I used to imagine she felt like...

Oh yeah I forgot about redemption, well let's say that Shepard OWES Liara. I'm not posting spoilers here because some people might not know about it.

I just want to fondle the head crests, I need to know how they feel like. Especially the back of the neck.
