I play a FemShep who romanced Liara from the start, yet I had the "throw her on the bed and peeled her out of the uniform" quote. I wonder what triggers the "panties" and what the "bed" quote? 

I would say ME1 romance.  My single femShep is from ME1 and I picked up Liara after Virmire to confirm no romance was avaiable for Liara. 

My broShep I've imported was with Ash in ME1/Jack ME2 and Aethyta comments about Liara being single.  So the one line changes depending on your Shepard's relastionship with Liara.  Not sure if you renegade Liara with a single Shepard if that changes.  Hmm....  Not sure if I actually want to play it that way either.

You can't start the romance in ME2, and I've yet to lock in to Liara's romance in ME3 with single femShep. 

Since we're on page 800.  Some of my favorite scene with Liara in ME3.

After the Salarian homeworld mission, go to the Citadel, talk to Liara in the Apollo Cafe, she tells you something about the Volus Barla Von, go talk to him, and Aethyta will be there close to Liara when you reload the map.

You have to re-enter Presidium Commons after talking to Liara at Apollo's Cafe before Udina's coup.
I don't think the Volus bit is accurate - cf this excellent fanfiction.

Even if Synthesis cured Joker, it wouldn't magically fix his bones overnight. I think. Don't really know much about brittle bone disease.

Why not? it completely rewrote his DNA and biology, otherwise they wouldn't be all that glowy and "cyberpuneske".

I'm gone for a day and there are 20 pages to read. 

I have made a few vids of my single femShep run who is after the romance with Liara.  I was very surprised at the talk with Aethyta.  TIme for a few links.

First talk on Mars
Second talk on Mars
Second talk on Normandy
Time Capsule Scene
Aethyta

I just realized I don't have the first talk with Liara on the Normandy.  And no save file without redoing Earth and Mars.  

I'll post more vids of single femShep's romance with Liara as I complete it.

I mean it's like she thinks that we're friends when on Mars instead she acted completely different because she knew about our past. Is it a bug? I romanced her both in ME1 and LotSB so I am a little bit worried...

Yay 800 pages!

There's plenty of time between Barla Von and the coup, so... next runthrough be mindful to talk to Liara, then Barla Von. I honestly didn't even notice her there until I walked up to the bar and saw that I could order a drink. Then it was fun paragade interrupt time!

Did you two go all flirty on Mars?

Check the import flags when you import your ME 2 save, should have a summary of key points.

And her asking if you want to be more than friends on the Citadel is the "lock in" for her Asari Huntress side. Then she throws you on to the bed and peels you out of your uniform. Or.. pops your thermal clip.

Happens with al LIs, one of the developers commented they made it that way so the player can choose after the mid game once all the LIs were introduced.
