Which is why I got really happy and excited when Admiral Hackett told me Liara was on Mars helping the Alliance with the Prothean archives. Then I had to check in on her after every mission. Even if Liara had nothing new to say.Robhuzz wrote...

Liara is definitely my favorite character in the Mass Effect universe. Her looks, her voice, her intelligence... and the eyes. She has grown and changed a lot during these three games and I find that growth amazing. The Shadow Broker DLC is the greatest video game experience I've ever had and Liara just keeps rocking in ME3. She shows her emotions being determined at the same time. Her personality fascinates me.
I've played both ME1 and 2 nearly ten times and romanced Liara every time. I suppose that the argument 'the hardest thing to do in Mass Effect is not to romance Liara' -is true.
The romance scene in ME3 is absolutely perfect.
I really want Bioware to make a new DLC ending where Shepard can settle down with her love interest. I want little blue children!

One of the most awesome moments happened with Kaidan and Adams. They talked how devastated Liara is after Thessia and how she kept it together in ME1 after Benezia died. Kaidan adds how Liara talked about Benezia for weeks. Does the same happen with Ashley?
I really like Kaidan in ME3...
Anyone noticed how in the nightmare sequence, you hear the last dialogue with the VS from ME1?
That creeped the hell out of me to hear Ashley and Kaidan, die again...

No, Ashley seems to say nothing about Liara after Thessia. Might have to do with that Shepard was in a romance with Ash. I don't know for certain. Kaidan seems to care. Ash not so much.kumquats wrote...

And Ash's drunk scene as no where as funny as Tali's.
About the dream. It was weird hearing Ash's voice. Single Shepard also heard Wrex as well. But when Liara asked about it, Shepard only mentioned Ash.

same here about the VS in the dream sequence, and Ash didn't say anything for me either in my playthrough it was Tali and Garrus that had that convo.
Edit: welcome to the horde Annika, we'll be taking back Thessia soon:)

Not that I know of. I will see it eventually as I'll keep Kaidan alive with my second Shepard that I just made.
I assume things are really different with Kaidan?

Is this the dream where Liara comes into Shepard's cabin and catches her in the bathroom? I wound up picking the lower option for that (something like "Nobody"). If you actually talk to her about the dream, what gets said?

Yes, they talk about how Ash would react to the whole Reaper fleet. Liara makes a comment about how Ash would think of it as target practice. It was a nice scene.TheMarshal wrote...

You want more creepy, look at the 'rubble' by the two Mako's at the end of the London run after you get hit with the beam. If Ash died @ Virmire it's easier to see.

I'll pay more attention to all this ending stuff this time and consider this 'indoctrination' theory...I was too sad to care the first pt XD

Yeah i saw that screencap, I'm on board with you indoctrination theory Turbo, and am holding out for some more DLC until then though i'm gonna stay away from the ending... it still hurts *pours a few hundred snifters of ryncol and passes it to the other forumites*

So what should I paint in the background?

I only rolled my mansheps to try the ME2 romances with Miranda/Tali/Jack, 1 romanced Ashley, another was cloned via gibbed's ME2 editor so romanced Ashley in his previous form, but the 3rd romanced Liara in 1, Miranda in 2. Now I've seen both rejection scenes on YouTube I'm torn between the two, as part of me just wants to throw Miranda a bone, especially in light of her LotSB dossier and the fact that rejection reduces her to tears, whereas Liara seems to take it far better, but those blue eyes.....

I also like how he added (Once you talk to Liara) that he's glad Liara has someone like Shepard to comfort her. That was a nice little touch.

If Ash survived there's not a similar analog, right? It's Garrus and Tali, but I don't remember them mentioning Benezia.

I don't buy that it's what the devs intended...but it's the only way to make sense of the last 10 minutes of the game, for me.

Not really. The convo with Ash is a bit weird. Ash mentions that Liara needs someone and volunteers to be the one to comfort Liara and Shepard's like..."Okay."
Even though Shepard already comforted Liara
So, now I have something to look forward to on my Kaidan pt.

You forgot the part where Ash asks Shepard if Liara is okay and Shepard says something along the lines of, "I don't know" Then when Ash offers to go comfort her, Shepard agrees that it's a good idea because Liara really shouldn't be alone right now.

Ah yeah, I honestly skipped talking to Ash this time after Thessia b/c it was so bad.
Ash makes Shepard look like a terrible girlfriend.

Yep...that was weird. Uhm...maybe someday I should edit/start a new playthrough and save Kaidan instead of Ashley, he seems better in ME3
