Well, it's hard to admit crying, onions make it alot easier
Personally I can't listen  'An end once and for all', due to the cut Anderson/shep dialouge it's played with. Why it was cut I have nooooo idea, easily the most emotional scene in the game for me, even though it wasn't in the game ;o

Not a fan of oversexulazing Femshep, but it just can't be helped in some cases.

If you haven't heared it..

Even guys can cry from time to time, or just get so sad they have to pick away a tear or two. I'll admit to having those moments when Mordin and Thane died during the game and during the final scene with the relays blowing up, but that was more because the writing was so bad that it made me sad.


Saw the cut scene where Garrus and Liara were killed by Harbinger's beam on youtube and I'm pretty sure I would have seriously broken down crying had that scene been in game. I just can't stand seeing anything bad happening to Liara:crying:

Reminds me of how Liara 'suggested' the Normandy got lost in a system somewhere. I seriously loved that suggestion, I wanted to take her up on it but... no can do sadly.

Oh I heard the Anderson talk a couple of days after finishing. It... well I don't think admitting to crying is really such a bad thing. I was only bawling my eyes out a couple of weeks earlier after my dog died. 12 years I had with her.. it was almost half my life.

I like what Gandalf had to say on it..

To hell with that.  I reject their reality and substitute my own!  That's what fanfiction is for.  "Fixing" the established facts and plugging up holes.

Ah, why do they cut anything?

They were gunning for emotional impact and all that pizazz and sure got it, but they got the wrong sort.

And I don't think Anderson would be very clear on the distinctions himself, what with being wounded, and probably never having talked to Aethyta,  or many asari on that matter.

Shepard made that mistake herself, remember?

That's beautiful. It makes me sad not just because of the scene itself, or the music, but also because the wasted potential. With a little bit of extra work they could've added 2, maybe 3 LI dependant lines. I'd seriously smile and cry at the same time if Anderson mentioned settling down with Liara, and Shepard replying that, even though he thinks he wouldn't be very good at it, he'd really like that and he'd try to, for Liara.

@kumquats ... Ash says that she is going to speak with Liara after Thessia but you don't see or hear her comforting Liara. That is left to your imagination. Kaidan got more content probably because he was opened up to both male & female Shepard. Had Ash been made s/s then she would have received more ... but no such luck. (And two pages in this was brought up)

@Pinkflu ... that's cool. In my headcanon EW sometimes calls Liara "asari" while Liara says "human" back. Given that neither were into each other's species it is playful jabs that EW taught Liara. Initially poor Liara didn't understand the way EW played or teased her ... But these terms of endearment are only used in the bedroom although when EW sees Liara getting too serious she will whisper it to her and smile. That makes Liara blush and push her away.

Why is doozer12 drooling? And who is that woman with Liara?

... and finally caught up with the thread. Now back off to errands while another six-seven pages are created. Poor KarmenS will never catch up!

Let's say, everything from the time Shepard gets knocked out to the end where the relays go 'boom' in your favorite color was a dream.

But...the Normandy part was real and Shepard was onboard recuperating.  

Real ending:  Shepard pushes magic button to kill Reapers then hallucinates Starchild crap.  Liara pulls Shepard out of the rubble and takes her to Normandy...they fly away to nice tropical planet to retire and drink mai tais.

I like this part. It has weight.

Red's a good color.  Not that the carpets match the drapes (c'mon, do you ever see a red like Alice's in nature?).
