EW might have said that but inside she was still hurt. "Curses on you asari!" That is why I was okay with the minor "wall" between them at the beginning. Off-screen they eventually worked through it but EW was hurt that Liara did not come see her in 6 frellin' months.

But Liara made up for it in the end.

I know.  Single Shepard tells Liara she was under house arrest and you don't get the above line.  Doing the LotSB DLC is a must for anyone doing a Liara romance.  Especially if you romanced Liara in ME1.  I'm enjoying my single femShep romance with Liara, but it's not the same as one that romanced her from the beginning.

Leia was okay with Liara not visiting.  I as a player would have enjoyed that type of scene.  In my story, "Hard Choices" which is set after Arrival and before ME3.  Leia told Liara to worry about stopping the Reapers and to let her deal with both Cerberus and the Alliance.  I had Shepard taking a month off before she turned herself in as Hackett wanted.

Anyone think Liara kept an eye on Shepard on Earth through Hackett to make sure Shepard kept the promise of always coming back?  It seems like Liara knew what was going on with Shepard.  Until the Reapers hit Earth anyway. 

I still think by the end and when they are on Earth, Liara knows Shepard might not come back or she, herself, might not make it.  The promise is never mentioned and Liara does tell say goodbye to Shepard.

I usually use black hair for my femshep in ME1 and 2, but the default femshep in ME3 is just hot.

Lets just say the similarities in looks between default femshep and my mother in her younger years is eerily similar. And that's all Im going to say about that. Red head shep is a no go for me, especially when romancing liara. *shudders*

Yeah, but you know how it always kills you if the last thing you don't say to the person you love is I love you?

It may seem cliche, but it really really is true.

You don't want to ever let the person you love leave without them knowing that :
A) You love them
You never said goodbye

It may not need to be said, but saying it makes all the difference sometimes.

In fairness to Shepard that wasn't exactly deliberate. Its kinda hard to try to visit when you're effectively dead.

Leia now has freckles.  I think when they changed the default they gave one of the codes freckles as well.  The first three numbers to Leia's code is 743.

Try those three digits and you should get freckles.

The only non-Alice FemSheps that I've come up with have been non-redheads.  They need to be different enough from her to make them distinct, otherwise I would run the risk of getting them mixed up.

I was going to use the default femShep in a non-import run.  Until I saw was the make up of it was and thought never mind.  I have half of that in other runs and I rather deal with Wrex vs Wreav.

Yeah, I've noticed that. A custom face does more emotions then the default. I don't know why, but it does.

At least Shepard was pretty much "dead" those two years. She would have went to see Liara if she hadn't been. Six months is a long time in human terms though not in an asari view. So while EW was hurt poor Liara wouldn't understand, not really. After all, it was "only" six months.

I'm doing my Insanity run now, with the default face. I don't like it at all. I'm going to change that tomorrow. >.<

Yeah, but seriously can anyone hold a grudge against Liara? She turns those blue eyes on you and *bam!*, you forget what you were angry about.

And Rachel knows exactly what EW felt. I'm not saying there's no understanding for the no-show, but goddamn if it wasn't a trial in itself. Especially after she'd only recently visited. Let's not even talk about the horizontal tango for a while, not seeing her at all for 6 months?
