I agree, hitting your woman is the lowest thing anyone can ever do, especially if she's blue, and can turn you into tea.

But I don't know about who would have the upper hand in physical combat, biotics sure are powerful, and Rachel only knows her guns, but she's learned a thing or two about surviving in the galaxy. 10,000 batarians do not simply lose to one woman because she's pretty. But, that discussion is pointless because they'd never hurt each other, as anyone knows.

It would be funny though, Medea walks in on Rachel and Liara, "Mummy, why are you wrestling with (daddy?)". Ah, explanations.

I think she calls you skipper during one of those random conversations you have on the Normandy.

They have an asari adept and vanguard.  Krogan sentinel and soldier.  The krogan soldier is so fun to play with.  Quarians are engineers and inflitrator.  Drell are adepts and vanguards.  Turians are sentinels and soldiers.  Salarians are engineers and infiltrators.  Humans are all the classes and you can pick between male and female.

Pmc65 - that's the thing, I've seen some really ugly female and male shepards in liara shepard tribute videos. I just stuck with standard Shepard because he looks most legit. I would spend too much time trying to make a female shepard look perfect, and still not like it, so I won't touch it. Plus Marks delivery is just better to my ears, a specific point is the part on ilium where shepard asks to talk about their relationship and Liara goes "that's not fair, you were dead" the male delivery of " but i came back" is much more powerful.

Honestly I really don't hear the voice actor ... my inner voice drowns them out. That probably sounds weird but its true. So I can't really comment on how either play Shepard or get in the "who is better" debate.

I love the Krogan soldier, specially if you specialize him in melee attacks and equip him with a powerful shotgun. Also at first I thought the Asari vanguard was extremely underpowered because she lacks the Nova skill the other vanguards have, but after playing for a while I created one with only equipping a SMG modded with light materials IV (which gives insane recharge bonuses since you carry almost no weight) and maxed out the melee attack skills, which is basically a biotic explosion that serves like an area of effect attack. Now I prefer the Asari vanguard to practically any other class in the game. Lift grenades are also great. 

Another "experiment" I'm going to try with the Asari Vanguard is maxing out stasis (for the Stasis Bubble, with the 150% damage increase) and spec Biotic Charge to attack multiple enemies.

No harm done, I tend to listen to the voices of characters I care about. Non-important conversations or characters I don't care for but need to talk to for a mission, well i spacebar through the conversation.
But no matter the character, if I can catch a conversation onboard Normandy, I'll listen. I like Garrus' stories, and well Liara in general.. Of course.

My secondary Shepard is named Samus Shepard. I will redo her for ME3, if only I could take the Kahlee Sanders model and edit it a bit.

Pmc65 - Ah, guess I can't bring myself to doing that. Hell I sometimes on my number x playthrough in scenes I know and remember, find myself speaking along, or on some of the videos on Youtube like the trailer video I believe I linked here yesterday on page 800 (or 801...802?), you should check it out if you haven't already, I... Think... It could be fan made, but I'm not sure.

I only have the adept... but because warp/throw (or, realistically, just throw because everyone keeps shooting warped enemies...) is too useful it handles much like the human sentinels with a marginally more useful unique skill (80% cooldown malus for minor damage resistance?... yeah, thanks but no thanks)

Don't get me wrong, I love Hale. But when I hear Shep in my head, she never sounds like her.

EDIT: it's less of a preference thing and more like I just have trouble hearing Hale in my head.

I think if I wanted a different voice for Shepard, which I don't by the way, Bruce Willis could be awesome or Ben Affleck, no idea why Ben, but Bruce is almost too obvious why, Shepard and Bruce are the personifications of badass.

Its kinda what makes ME the great thing it is.  Its not just biowares story, its all of us.  That degree of personalization, its not unheard of to hear your own voice in Shepard, i mean hell you are the driving force behind shepard.  Thats where the whole "video games are art" gets hazy - as soon as BW gave us choice - the story became ours as well as theirs which is why we all kinda feel betrayed by the ending they forced.  
But yes...After playing through a couple times of each ME, i kinda start hearing my own made up voice work for the Shep as well - i aint ashamed to say it.  Although there are some lines I prefer to give all credit to Hale for.

My female Shepard has my voice while my male Shepard (PV) sounds like Gregory Peck. It works for me and Ash loves Gregory Peck so for her it was an absolute WIN.

Really? I don't remember that. Maybe my femShep was too focused on Liara. Dang that asari!
