Femshep all the way! Manshep sleeps with everything that moves (Kirk-style, baby!) while Femshep is loyal to the end! That's how she rolls :police:

Hmm we must have played different MaleSheps then. Mine is as loyal as can be to Liara.

I have to admit that I found the romance scene between Shepard (who in my case is male) and Liara. It was erotic without being pornographic and I would much rather watch it than log onto a porn site any day!

Speaking of, am I missing something or does there seem to be a certain stigmata about pairing Liara with a male Shepard? It's just a small vibe I'm geting from various comments here.

Finally, a fellow BroShep Liara fan is here :o

I play femshep and maleshep. I always seem to fall into Liara's trap with either gender. Granted, Miranda stole my Maleshep's attention in ME2. However, I quickly hopped back on the Liara train with LOTSB. I don't think there is a stigma, but I do find that my femshep feels like her vibes fit better with Liara than Maleshep, that may be just that I prefer the voices of Jennifer Hale and Ali Hillis better?

Well, i think that BroShep suits perfectly. He is a stoic, confident, I think Mark Meer did a great job with his badass soldier voice. And Liara is very sensitive, compassionate, caring person. They are complete each other.

Jennifer and Ali are good friends and actually do like each other much. They are constantly referring to their in-game romance and are playfully flirting with each other in interviews and such. :kissing: So it's only natural to pick FemShep...

Why not?

From the talk on the Citadel.  I posted a link for it and the previous page.  Liara tells single femShep she likes her.  That scene plays out very differently if Liara is not already romanced.  The first part is the same.  Where Liara talks about how she likes this part of the Citadel and then talks about Benezia.  After Shepard tells Liara she wants more is where the difference is.

Which makes me think the final cabin scene will play out very differently as well.

^ This this! :D

FemShep suits Liara more for sure, I admit it seems strange to see LiaraXMaleShepard together o.o'

Oh I see...I wasn't aware there were differences on the Citadel too (can't watch the vid as I'm at work).

I did want to do a single Shep run for Liara in ME3 but...I can't!

It does she'll only say "I Love you" with a loyal Shepard who started the Romance in ME1. A cheating Shepard gets "I'm glad we're doing this" and new romance gets "I never thought we'd be together like this, it means a lot to me."

Haha, Liara should wear glasses more often!

Found it on the "ME Hipster" thread - It's hilarious, check it out!

I also think all the dialogue Hillis had to work with was Hale's not Meer's.

I met both Meer and Hale at a Con in October.  Hillis was also suppose to be there.  I also met Troy Baker(Snow from FFXIII and he does Kai Leng, which at the time I didn't know that.)  Hale mentioned that she had sent a text to  Hillis and Hillis told her to tell us, fans, she was sorry for not being able to be at the Con.  Hillis ended up working in Canada.  She also missed a Con in London the following weekend as well.

Hillis has been at this Con before and she did say she would come to the next one.  I hope Meer and Hale come back too.  ME3 needs to be signed.  I need Hillis to sign my Liara comic.:wizard:

Is it because she lacks ears?

Liara doesn't love you if you cheated.

Problem is,  people in the 22nd century don't need glasses because poor eyesight and such can be treated before a child is born (see Ashley). One could wear it as an accessory though.

My advice is don't bother.  It's not the same.  This femShep is single because of Robbhuzz.  He wanted comformation that you could not romance Liara after doing Virmire, so I checked it out.  And you can't.  I barely did any of the side missions and once I found out I couldn't romance Liara, I went to Illos to finish that run so I could play ME2.

I don't regret going this route.  I prefer the romance arc from ME1 to ME3.  Outside of the bug during the first talk on the Normandy.  It's been months Liara, not years.  :kissing:

Hmm, interesting.
"I'm glad we're doing this" doesn't sound particularly convinced or romantic. Would be interesting to hear her delivery of it.
And the "new romance" sentence is sweet. Once more evidence that she's somewhat in love with Shep even when they're not together I think. I wonder to what degree she admitted that to herself before.

She only tells Shepard on the Citadel that she "likes" Shepard.  I'll be posting all the romance scenes with Liara and single femShep.  I don't know how many will bother doing a single Shep to romance Liara.

It's not the same at all.  Interesting to say the least.

Why do I feel so old and out of touch with the My Little Pony stuff.

I think glasses can be sexy if you have a pair that looks right on the face of the person wearing them.  I think Liara is sexy no matter what she does.  Glasses or no glasses.

*Insert picture of Shepard lying in rubble that is clearly not the citadel after choosing Red ending (and having 4000+ EMS)*

Yeah that was pretty much guaranteed. But good to see BioWare is not blatantly ignoring us at least.
