his models name is vanderloo (or something).  Shep  Loo.  Ugly male model.  doesnt do it for me.

Vanderloo is the lastname of the model used for the face of default maleShep.

I pretty much avoid any art with Sheploo in it...I think he's kinda ugly.  So...maybe there's good stuff out there but I filed it away in the 'bad' category b/c of him XD

Wow. I can't even keep up with this thread now. I read a few pages, play a bit and fall behind even more. It's totally blue shifting even higher than a week ago!

I did notice something odd in my last playthrough. The percentage of the Hammer ground team that makes it through has been different every time. I've had 50%, 60%, and barely 50%. There is something outside of EMS that changes how much of hammer makes it through to the London LZ.

I have not figured it out yet, but I think it may have an impact on squadie life/death. And not just party members, but all of them. It could be dialog choices, assets, loyalty that's not obvious... maybe even low recruitment rates if you give Nirali Bhatia's body to her husband in ME1. Not sure yet... that number changes for a reason though. I also have not got the post game datapad email from anyone yet and I think Hammer percentage strength may be key. IIRC, it looked like Wrex made it out of the Reaper blast when I had 60% Hammer, but was crispified when I had less than 50%

Damn there is so many little freaking things that can me easily missed in this game. I think the reveal of the endings and the coming DLC is even going to mess with people that 'think' they have it figured out.

This time my Shep was full on confident right up till she spoke to Garrus in London. I didn't even get to talk to Hackett about Cerberus and control where she shakily says 'maybe TIM's right...'. It wasn't even a dialog option on this run.

Talk about a freakin mind job!

The last few pages I noticed the 'why so much femshep/liara' issue. Well its sad really but for whatever reason(Icant imagine why.) Miranda/Me3 /Ash appeal to the mass's more. For every male-player who likes Liara, they're are probably a thousand more who prefer normal looking A** and Ti*s.

I am a player who cannot play a male shep liara game it just does not feel right for me the femshep liara romance just works on so many lvls the whole mass effect 3 love scene is an example for me the whole build up is so touching with hale and allis and it does not have that same feel for me from the videos I have seen with a male shep on youtube maybe its me being a bi girl but I like to think its not as I have male shep games with tali ash and miranda and jack

but for me there is only one shep for liara and that is femshep

I don't know I really enjoy the Male Shep/Liara romance. I see some chemistry between Fem Shep and Liara too from some videos I saw or what I did in ME1 but I see more chemistry between her and Garrus or her with Thane. I really see chemistry between Male Shep and Liara or him with Tali. Well this coming from a straight male perspective. I love playing both Male Shep and Fem Shep.

I had 7092 EMS and less than 50% Hammer on this run. Last run, with Eve dieing and other bad crap I had 60% Hammer. Go figure. I'm wondering if you can lose ground forces if missions are not done fast enough. Or maybe Zaeed dead was a factor... maybe wondering around picking crap up actually costs more than we think. Could be moral too. I know I messed up with my Citadel Defence Force by a few points because I told C-Sec to deal with all crimes (supported the guy I think) which has the effect of spreading C-Sec too thin.

So many questions...

I need some blue cheer.

I like how Vanderloo looks when he has some hair, problem with Shephard is that he is always baldish (sp?). I remember there used to be a large male clothing advertising on my way to work featuring him, and for two years I would do a mental nod and say "Shephard" to myself  as I walked by it

What if Shep is still in Alliance HQ? You know - after being knocked back onto the bench when meeting with with brass?

@MrAtomica ... Thanks for sharing your headcanon moment. While I may not romance Liara with a male Shepard I can appreciate the moment between the two.

Here's a concern ... what if the DLC only makes the final moments worse. That somehow Bioware screwed it up more. Is that possible? I keep hearing people say "well I can deal with Shepard dying" ... well, not me dang it. I want a live and die option. And if they don't understand how we felt gutted by the ending then will they really know how to give a revised final act? Sorry, just thinking out loud.

@Yuqi ... who gives you a hard time? And your a straight girl? That's cool.

@Doozer12 ... you don't get strange looks cuz your a straight girl (are you?) but because your Canadian. Sorry, I had to go there.

As to the maleshep/Liara thing ... it has always felt pretty equal. I try and post both types of art. For those that play male Shepard you should post screen captures just like some of the femshep players do. That may be where the imbalance may appear. So post your screen caps!

And I love that pic with Liara, the redhead pretender and Kaidan. Now if I could switch that redhead out for Ash!

And karmenS is really trying to catch up on this thread and has asked me to request everyone stop posting till the man-girl catches up .... so FULL STEAM AHEAD!
