I disagree. In ME2 the game still assumes Shepard cares about the squad, even if he does a poor job in the end. I feel the same is true in ME3.

Did anyone else get the conversation between Joker and Liara on the bridge near the end?She says something like"Sorry Joker don't have much info on Tiptree.Joker's Dad and sister live there.Though a shuttle did arive with children.Joker well my sisters 15 so they agree no news is good news.Than I got to thinking about the Asari with the PTSD.Poor Joker.Hate when I come up with something and can't prove or disprove it.

I am honestly a little bummed that ME3 didn't get the love that it should have due to the bad ending. Getting over it slowly though, given I don't really need it too since the trilogy is over. Might be last Liara experience outside of replaying the trilogy.

Either way, it is honestly good and fun to read this thread everyday. You guys are all cool and quite entertaining. Thanks! Power to the Liara fans!

Apparently, that scene doesn't affect your romance with Liara in ME3. She'll still ask if you're interested in her after Mars, and you have the options to flirt before then.

So yeah, some people are pissed that they have to treat Liara cold in the intro, and breakup with her again after Mars. Despite LOTSB.
