I can't really answer b/c I haven't played the game without her as LI. I played just the Mars mission with a single Shepard and I quit b/c I missed the little flirting.
What differences did you notice?
Same for me, all my playthroughs have Liara as LI is like an addiction or something

I can't even imagine the game without Liara as Shepard's LI, she's there all the time and I take her on every mission. It gives such a different context to almost every single event in the game and she legitimately comes across as the love of Commander Shepard's life. Liara is easily the most important character next to Shepard so it seems natural for the two of them to be together the whole time.
Im going to have to agree with this. Ive only played maybe 20 minutes of a game with Liara not as a LI (it felt really weird, and really wrong - so my opinion might be bias) but from what I could tell trying to distance myself from our blue asari wonder... is ... that not romancing Liara is impossible for me. Bah im no help here

Believe me, it is quite different. I have a femshep who romanced Kaidan and she got two, maybe three big convos and a couple of LI distinct lines in regular conversation. The rest was hospital and Zaeed-style talk. Without a doubt Liara is the best romance in the game. With the Kaidan/femshep, I got the sense Shep was ultimately on her own even when Kaidan was there (though the times they were together were very well done). I got a very different feeling w/ Liara throughout most of the game. As Liara herself said, "we'll fight them together." That's the way the Liaramance feels. It's two against the odds, not just one.
anyway ...

I'm very pleased with Bioware's animators in this game. They incorporated so many indicators of human behaviour into their models and this is something I noticed when I played.
Per this site (which is an entirely interesting read, and entirely worth your time):http://westsidetoastmasters.com/resources/book_of_body_language/chap8.html
"Tilting the head and looking up is another submissive gesture that appeals
to men because it makes the eyes appear larger and makes a woman appear
more childlike. This is because children are so much smaller than
adults and spend their looking time gazing up and this creates a
parenting reaction in both men and women.

Princess Diana used the 'Looking Up' cluster to evoke world empathy during her marital problems
Princess Diana made an art form out of keeping her chin down while
looking up and exposing her vulnerable neck. This child like gesture
cluster triggered maternal and paternal reactions towards her in
millions of people, especially when she seemed to be under attack by the
British Royal Family. People who use these submissive clusters usually
don't practise them consciously but know that when they use them, they
get a result"
All to say, they make Liara look attractive.

I agree.
It just adds weight to scenes like the timecapsule. There's even little comments during some of the missions (Like, Liara asking Shep if she's okay on the Geth Dreadnaught.)

Hmm, Zaeed's LM planet looks similar to the "mystery" planet of ME3 ending.

Now that I know what a beast Liara can be with a zero cooldown singularity and an AOE stasis bubble, I doubt there's any reason for me NOT to take her on every mission. The only time that I could see not bringing her along is for the Cronos station, where I would definitely want Ash to see that, yes, in fact I WAS dead! ...

Hey guys! I'm kinda new to the Liara fan club, but I really liked how they handled her romance in ME3! So I made a small music video about Liara and Shepard's relationship during the Reaper War and figured I'd share it here. Hope you enjoy! It uses music from Adele's "Set Fire to the Rain".
Really Nice Video Mike and welcome to the thread
@Neeh why, why would you even let a banshee near Liara *breaks down crying* you monster, atleast it still looks better than that frank shepard video you guys posted. Also really like the shower pick you posted:D
@PMC Why did you have to tell us to google Liara Omni Tool, *waving around blindly* why did you tell us to google "Liara Omni Tool" why is it because you hate us blue baby lovers, PMC is it because of that. Also there is no way Karmen is catching up if i can't leave for a few hours without having to read 10+pages
@zero9999 I like the tarantino ending thought although i still have a hankering for the indoc theory
@sunnie22 I was gonna ask how you changed the colors but i was ninja'd by like everyone so i'll just settle for asking how you did it, if you don't want to post on the thread than please PM me because i like her CE outfit minus the color and want to change that.
Also can anyone tell me how to take screenshots for ME3 please pretty please.
Ok i'm gonna go to bed now got a long day of work starting at 7 tomorrow (yay Golf Courses), so if you guys could answer those questions without posting 20 more pages for me to read tomorrow it would be much appreciated thank you:)

You didn't bring Liara to Cronos Station? Wow you missed out. Liara's comments on the Lazarus Project were wonderful. When Shepard is having his or her little "OMG am I real?" crisis Liara responds with "I wish you had told me Shepard. I knew it was you from the second I touched you again."

Plot Twist! We were so wrong... Liara was harbinger's tool to trick Shepard this entire time. Crucible was a trap, set up by the two of 'em... oh god no! say it isnt so! ... now wouldn't that just gut you. *frowns* ****. bioware don't read this - no ideas for you >
