Sadly no. There's some stuff if you take her with on the Geth Dreadnought but that's only if you romanced both Tali and Liara across the games I think. Other than that, there's Liara's crying scene after Thessia. That's pretty much it

I was really disapointed in that scene, I jumped on that paragon interrupt in a milisecond and it was just "hey why dont you help some refugees...ok bye"

If it is any comfort. Cohina just told me he has finished gathering screenshots of the Mars level with his custom Shepard. So if you are lucky, perhaps tomorrow will bring you what you want.
