I still do not know about the name of the person who wrote her, all I know is that it's hard to pronounce and she confirmed she wrote Liara in ME3. She deserves a medal for her work tbh.

I don't know why, but I was under the impression Rila and Falere were twins, Samaras daughters.
It struck me as a little bit wierd if you find out you give birth to Ardat-Yakshi, that you'd contiune and have more.

It also struck me as weird Samara said there were only 3 Ardat-Yakshi in existence at the time yet in ME3 we learn there's a whole monastery full of them that Samara definitely was aware of.

Three that she knows of for sure etc, for all we know the Monastary could only lie 5 etc, until you go there and see you don't know

She's credited as a writer in ME3. And we had a BW member here in the thread going by the name Sylvf and writing about the "it has been years" bug and other Liara dialogue related stuff. The puzzle pieces fit

that was just beyond immersion breaking.

Yeah, I saw the Traynor one on youtube as well. Its awful imo. Also slightly odd how Shepard is still clothed in 3 considering...you'd think Liara would have gone for the "throw her on the bed and rip her uniform off" approach.

Of course I may be late to this party and someone else may have picked up on it, in which case, ignore me.

As far as I'm concerned any kind of hope is worth it at this point. It can get pretty difficult having to hang on until April.



Side note: Does anyone know if Mass Effect has any trouble handling multiple Shepards with the same name? I want to play through the entire series as the exact same Shepard basically but I dunno if the save file system/import system could handle it.

Game will have no trouble, different careers are stored in different folders. The trouble is for you to keep track of who is whom.

No problems there. I've got at least eight Shepards that go by the same name. Bit difficult to discern them but otherwise the game can handle it since it creates one new savegame folder for every single Shep.

Yeah, I'm not that keen on that idea myself either. Its just a horribly overused thing "you're not really who you think you are! A-ha!" A bit more retrospective headcanoning would be needed methinks.

It's almost a shame that the current playthrough of Mass Effect 3 I'm doing is gonna be my permanent one due to being the one I played through all 3 games with and romanced Liara all the way, because I'm playing it as Paragon, I've done all my 3 playthroughs at Paragon, but I'm curious as hell about the Renegade playthrough.

So yeah, definitely playing a 4th time.
