EW Shepard..why is that familar, odd.

I know some of you don't like to be reminded, but which colour did you pick, and why? I picked Red, because I couldn't see any real justification for letting them live.

PMC's Shepard?

And, yeah... red for a multitude of reasons. For Liara, to get rid of the Reapers, because I really hated the crap out of star kid... etc etc..

Ahh that's right! Now I remember who E.W Shepard is!
I hated the kid thing from the start.Mainly because the whole kid dying thing, was eyeroll worthy. It was obvious it was a hallucenation and not a real child. The caytlst taking that form, made it even more eyeroll worthy.

@RobHuzz

Control is a gamble but it's alot better then synthisis. (Synthisis was the worst choice out of the three, in my opinion.) Imagine everyone looking like Saren, and being  controlled like Saren....ahh no thanks.  But I'm not convinced with the indoctrinated theory either..

Heh, I avoid posting when the thread looks close to a new page to avoid both this (connection's prone to it these days) and having to post a pic as I'm not sure I'm even allowed yet :P

Thinking about the ending makes me want to think about writing a ME3 rewrite fanfic.

Anyone seen the new Fem-Shep. cinematic, or is it old news and I'm just out of the loop...?

The sunflower girl trailer? Sorry, old news, that one. It just wasn't advertised, at all.

Liara's birthday is today (at least on our calendar)? Today is a special day then! Cheers!

A gift for Liara should be something like the one she did for Shepard:

Only much hotter, without clothes and not in the mind...y'know what i mean... :D

Agreed *takes party hat from Kilshrek*

Ok which one of you did it, getting this poor guy's hopes ups.  but still a better ending, it even lacks blue babies just for PMC's pleasure

Also didn't catch this earlier but you don't like the M word really, not a Maiden fan, or Matron, or Matriarch you know Liara has to be one of the three it's not like she can transcend those stages like some kind of Blue Goddess or anything *looks at rest of thread*  Stop Bowing Down You Guys *facepalm* might as well join the rest of you for morning prayers.

I know it's weird i was even nice enough to post a Blue Baby Warning at the end of the post for the link to my new fic.  I think it's just the lack of sleep talking i'm in the middle of making a bust of a Geth out of cd shards for my 3d class and even though i'm about halfway there it's still taking a long time and it's due on wed.
Thank you for the "Blue Baby Warning" label. Read it and commented. And you are building a geth? Did the quarians not teach you anything? If that thing takes over your house don't say I didn't tell you so.
Duly Noted, it's just the easiest to make for the assignment,  i would try a bust of Liara but I'm pretty bad still at doing actual faces
Bust of Liara or Tali might be misunderstood and put you in that creepy crowd while making a geth puts you in the "please kill me and take over my homeworld" crowd. Not sure which one is worse really. I'll have to ponder on that a while and get back with you.

While I am gone, if your creation asks if it has a soul ... uh, just say no. No and then smile.
No there's alot of other mega sci-fi/fantasy geeks in my classes they'd understand.  and I told Legion he had one i love Legion,  This Geth can have one if he's even half as bad-ass as Legion was if not well i have a plasma shotgun waiting in the wings[smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/devil.png[/smilie]

Liara's already under the table, 'cause Shep can totally drink a Krogan under the table, and dear blue is only a quarter Krogan.

No worries. And like I said it wasn't really advertised, so you'd have to have really looked around the forums to find it.

Yeah, it would be totally unrealistic for some entity to just hand Shepard an anti-reaper doomsday device... hang on...

If you ask me, sugar high endings don't fit with the tone of ME at all.
Bittersweet fits better.

Hush you, I like my merely sweet endings. Liara just coming back to Shepard is sweet enough for me, in fact.

It's fine with me as long as there's a possibility for blue babies in the future,  I made sure not to mention how they won in my fanfic i just placed it far enough away that they won and rebuilding has started.  I'd only be mad about a sugar high ending though if Bioware gave it to us to try and please us, as i said above to each their own *hands VarrenSoldier a party hat* Now onto better news It's Liara's BDay:lol:

Probably a daft place to ask this question (because as if anyone in here doesn't take Liara to Noveria! :P) but does anyone know if Liara still talks to her father about "being there" for her mother's death even if you left her on the Normandy or hadn't recruited her by that point?

Bittersweet endings all the way of course.

The bitter being so many casualties and so much destruction following the Reaper attack. The sweet being Shepard and Liara (+ rest of the crew) survive and the relays don't blow up.:D

Not sure what people think a sugar high ending in ME3 looks like...

I always brought her with me to Noveria but I'm not even sure there's a flag that says 'Liara met her mother on Noveria' so it's possible the game doesn't know and just gives Liara that auto dialogue. Maybe you could find the answer with a program that lets you set flags manually. Like that save game generator whose name I somehow forgot:pinched:

That's my concern, yeah.

I mean, it seems like the game already assumes you took your entire squad with you on every other mission, even if they were left behind, but that point in ME1 -- particularly given the conversation you have with Liara about trust -- always struck me as a fairly big deal. And I'd have liked for it to be reflected.

I can't do anything with my flags, alas, as I'm on the 360 version.

There's no named flag for Liara being present at the confrontation on Novaria (Novaria flags are about Giana, the rachni and Han Olar, whoever that might be). Of course, there are 20k binary flags so it might just be hidden somewhere.

Edit to add: The editor is, creatively, called "saveedit" but commonly referred to as "gibbed"
