I have a small question, it's not a problem or anything but it still bothers a bit.

So, I romanced Liara in ME1 and in ME2 (of course). When I got to start playing ME3 I imported my Shepard and the list said that 'didn't romance anyone in ME2'. I panicked and nearly got a heart attack thinking it didn't import the DLC content or something.. well, during the game Shepard and Liara were close, Liara said ''I love you'' and mentioned little blue children. The import worked fine after all but does it always say you didn't romance anyone even though you got back with Liara?

I'm currently on my 3rd playthrough and about to romance Liara again..

lol, mind you Shepard is keeping a very close eye on proceedings, with her Claymore, no less. Heavy would be reduced to a heavy stain (hohoho) if he tried some funny business.

I think the thread is having a 'rest' day.(I expect when I wake up it will be like 25 pages ahead, again.) It's not fair I'm asleep whent he majority of people on this thread are awake.

lol @ Deventh, freckle counting, the hobby of a lifetime.. I don't know if my friend would take too kindly to me counting her freckles, she was just complaining yesterday that she has them all over her body. Erm... no, get your minds out of the gutter, I'd count those on her face and shoulders only.

Oh well, we get christmas earlier. You should ask your friend if she would let you count them 'for science'. Oddly enough, whenever I see freckles I'm conditioned to think of skin cancer.

I  don't know if Liara would take kindly to her freckles being counted...

Haha, that timeframe sounds familiar. Though you in the UK at least get an hour of extra time in comparison to us "continentals" if I remember correctly.


And with all this freckle count discussion I now have this picture in my mind of Liara trying to do some earnest shadow broker negotiations with her her agents while Shep's constantly circling her, trying to count and complaining that Liara doesn't stand still

Yes that's correct. If you don't start one of the ME2 specific romances (which means cheating on Liara ) the import will say that. Even if you played LotSB

Yes, that's what I got too. It's not a glitch or anything because they count romance only with your squad members (same goes for achievement) but Liara isn't one of them in ME2. So it also was for me that I romanced her in ME1 but didn 't have anyone in ME2 even I did roamnce option with Liara in shadow broker DLC.  Same thing with text on Mars she says that it's been years since they were together.

 Yeah this time of the day is sloooow....not that I mind though. I can actually keep up with the reading. Doing mostly computer work anyways so there is always a chance to take a peek :innocent: and what's nicer than peeking at Liara.


I got to THE talk between Liara and her father yesterday. That was nice...spent some time just listening in and enjoying! I am haggling from one Liara scene to the next because I have to say that my motivation to play is pretty low knowing the ending and all  So I try to at least enjoy the blue parts of the game.

We've just moved the clocks forward for daylight savings. I guess the rest of Europe has done so as well?

I can't deny, Liara was one of the prettiest faces in game and the whole mind melding thing, PLUS her being able to have multi-functional genitalia equals the best thing for both worlds. Still, if I go through and finish at some point as my Male Shep, it would be Tali all the way.

There is that, yes, Christmas in July happen very often? Did it with the colleagues once, was great fun.

And don't remind me about the freckles = skin cancer thing, did a class on the statistics of skin cancer in relation to freckles. It was bad reading.. Of course I mentioned none of this to my friend.. Perhaps I should tell her, and tell her not to sunbathe at 12pm.. Of course I don't think there's a giant ozone hole on top of the UK right now..

Aaanyway, I'm sure Liara wouldn't mind Shepard counting her freckles.. Just one of those little things they do when they get a moment alone... I think I'll fire up the old ME 1 when I get the time. Though, like some others, it still kills me, this ending. Blah.

They have Skin cancer clinics here..like 4 of them in the CBD..There is even a song about sun-safety in primary schools. I wonder if Asari would need sunscreen..I think Shepard would probably need it more then Liara..Reptiles are more resiliant to the sun..

And Jane would definitely need it more than Liara, pale-ish and freckles. But then again, it's likely they solved cancer by then as well. Or did they? Anyway, Shep almost never soaks up rays so it's mostly a non-issue.

I don't think they've ever said anything about curing cancer but I'll assume they have.  but still who wants to get sunburned, that hurts, and Jane is even paler than me, she'd be toast.  Also Nice Comic I lol'ed i love wingedmoggy's stuff:lol:

Well Shepard did go through re-entry. Maybe there's some dormant cancer cells in his/her restored-body? Jane/Jhon  should've had major sunburn after Tutchunka..lol.
