Well it's nice to meet someone who does not falls head over heels for femshep voice , I think my favorite VA on ME3 are Keith David and Martin Sheen both did an awesome job specially on the final confrontation, but yeah Alli Hilis was great as well

Allis is okay, but she lacks experience compared to Hale. I think Martin sheen and Keith David do the best performances overall.

I always get slightly tickled when people say something like "breaks my immersion" when it comes to Mass Effect. I look to my right there is a turian, to my left a krogan as a husk runs at me. Then Liara comes into view with a plastic mask thing and poof "dang it! that looks unbelievable!"

I just imagine that they have a skin-tight biotic bubble around their head.

Works for me.

Ahh, biotics. You gotta love them biotic people. Image IPB

Thanks again! I wanted to perfect it though like added more scenes but at a super fast speed. I'm thinking of doing other flashback videos for other characters as well.

It's ok be verbose, it's better to write more and half to cut later than not write enough and have to think of more detail after the fact.  believe me I've been on both ends of the spectrum and having to add later has bitten me in the ass because i tend to not leave any wiggle room in my stories.

I still can't over get over the fact Alli Hilis greeted me a happy birthday on twitter  I tweeted Yvonne Strahovski for a greeting but it seems like she isn't so engaged with the video game fan community as Alli Hilis.

Anything to do with "immersion" on any forum just irks me. I'd love to beleive that there's some truth in the game anyway. Hell, if there's no one out there like Miss T'Soni then I just give up lmao.

Also, who does Hale play in Metal Gear? I don't remember her in there.

Naomi Campbell in Metal Gear Solid 1 and 4

Naomi? Hale isn't Naomi! That's crazy! I actually like Naomi! Image IPB

Well... I guess Hale isn't TOO bad then...

LOL she also plays Samas from Meteroid Prime and Tira in Soulcaliber. She is even in Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven. She is better then Allis because she has been doing it longer.

I don't like any of them either... Image IPB

My Shepards have no desire for 'her own kids' but I guess if yours does she could find a sperm donor.  I don't think Liara would mind.

As much as I find Liara attractive as the godess she is, we really need to set up some lines which we cannot cross. I support free will, and think that we should be able to be accepted for what we post here, because everyone has their reasons and their own experiences, but sometimes the pics DO get too far. Sometimes a little perverted.
Now as I said, I want everyone to be able to post whatever they wish (mostly because I know what I have posted hasn't really been embraced by you all), and know that you sometimes can feel the need to lighten your heart by typing things others may not agree with or understand, but about the pictures; I think we can set up some ground rules (if they do not already exist).
Nudity can be accepted at limits - a part of my interest in Liara is the fact that she's NOT considered as an object. As much as she is virtual, I believe respecting her private integrity (you know what I mean) is something we all must have in mind.
As for poses or themes, seeing Liara in pornographicly perverted positions, or seeing her being used sexually, in one way or another, is something I find repulsivly offensive against her character and this forum's self respect, so PLEASE, do not attempt any of that.
Don't know if anyone agrees with me on any of this, or if you even took the time to read it, but at least I stated my opinion on the matter.

What you wrote gave me this flashback...

Sorry but these kinda posts really annoy me.

You do realize this is a Liara fan thread don't you? I'm guessing 98% of the fans in here will post lovey dovey sexy images of her. Did you even romance Liara and enjoy the sex scene with her? or did you close your eyes? Sorry, but why are you even in this thread imposing your own insecurities about the sexualised liara images?

I'm sorry if I sound angry but I cannot stand it when people come into this thread and start dictating how the fans should display their love for Liara. I'm not going to tell a fan club member what they can or cannot do.

BSN already has moderators and rules for issues like that. I don't care if a male or female fan posts a sexy Liara image, I'm a female bisexual fan and I will probably and already have post an image of my femshep rolling around in bed together *sexualised* maybe I just love how Liara's bum looks in her new fan made outfit.

I will let the moderators make that call on what is considered pornographic.

For me I love everything about Liara, be it her body, mind, making love *sex* whatever, this is my haven to express my love for her however I want. Yes you to have a right to express yourself about her, just dont tell me how I can or cannot show my adoration and love for her.

I also just woke up with a hangover so reading your post didn't help my headache. People can go back to expressing their love for Liara however they want. Enjoy Liara for the blue beauty she is.

I'm done.

Btw Neeh, I love the gif

Man you should see this video I made. Trust me you will love it and make you laugh so damn hard. It's pretty damn hilarious especially the ending. :D

@PMC: And what if Shepard dies after let's say.. a year after the reapers have been defeated? Won't you want at least to have a child, who will continue your kin? Kinda surprised if you say no, even for you. I too would want a non-stop melding sex with Liara for at least 10 years and then pop-up 5-10 babies at once.

Shepard believed Liara when she said a baby between them would only be Liara's ... and it was confirmed by the "Blue Rose" asari. So no ... she would not mate with Liara to further her line.

Now Shepard may want her own children and therein may lie the rub. How would Liara deal with the fact that she cannot meet that need (sperm)? Sure it wouldn't further shep's "genetic" line, but she would be responsible for its creation.  Lots of people adopt or think of their partners previous children as theirs.

I think my shep would be happy to have Liara be the one popping out the kids.  (If only I could make my bf do that in real life, giving birth seems like no fun).

I take it you are ok with the space magic at the end then?

I don't care about the Asari facemask thing (although I admit the first time I saw Samara wearing it made me go "huh?"), but suspension of disbelief is a tricky thing and different people have different tolerances so I can understand why some folk would be irritated by it

The problem that I had with the ending was that it left me empty. It made no sense to me and had me wondering what the frack I had just seen. Space magic? Maybe that might have added glitter or something to that stupid, crappy ending. I must have missed the "magic" part.

And yes, we all have the right to say things annoy us (like the ending for me) but it still makes me laugh when I hear it. If the facemask bothers you, breaks your immersion then so be it. If I can believe in the asari then the face mask on that asari is less of a pull for me.

Although technically the actual DNA of the father is not passed along, it is still used to "map" (wtv that is supposed to mean) the asari baby genetic code, therefore if Liara where to mate with someone else the resulting baby would be different from one engendered with Shepard, so those blue babies are unique to the Liara/Shep union, that sounds close enough to "furthering the line" for my Shep to be satisfied at least, paternally wise

They are both incredibly talented but I have a soft spot for Hale for because of the amount of work she's done in the Star Wars universe (she does at least 3 different characters in TOR alone that I've come across so far) but I have bought games just because Hillis or Hale did voice work in them.

I do find it interesting that both Hale and Hillis have done voice work for blue aliens Hillis obviously is our lovely Liara and Hale was the voice of Aayla Secura in the Clone Wars animated series.

Hillis is pretty amazing. I honestly didn't know she was Lightning for a long time. When I found out Troy Baker was Kai Leng, I chuckled a bit. When Leng tossed Liara across a temple and sent her flying into my other sqaud mate...I laughed. I felt really bad. But I laughed.

I hated Lightning..it's just a female cloud with pink hair, and the voice bugged me to no end. I still canno't take thaat game seriously. I'm not that big on Hale either, even if she's been in alot of  the games i've played. Ahh well maybe I't's my generation grew up with mostly non-voiced characters and polygon graphics.

A part of me thinks that Liara would have her own issues with this but would try and not share them with Shepard. What those issues might be I'll have to think about it ... it would also create concerns with Shepard as well. But life is rarely easy and love doesn't conquer all.

I hate Final Fantasy, and XIII is a work of art. Everything about it. The characters, the story, the art style. It's all beautifully done, and put in a beleivable situation. I'm sorry, but if you think Lightning has nothing going for her, you didn't play the game at all.

Same thing with the hate for Snow and Hope. They develop, like a good character should.

As far as FF goes I still think that X takes the cake although the combat system, and of course the graphics were great in XIII i didn't think the story developed as well as in X,  oh well we're off topic again.  so....not including Ali Hillis who would you accept to voice Liara?  (this is a hypothetical  I like everybody love Ali's va beyond compare)
