Bwah if Liara could have seen how Femshep talked to Jacob....you wouldn't have to take care of that yourself  A well place Singularity and there would be no problems anymore!

Well put, and look at the sheer amount of fanfic that totally disregarded that ending. I must have set some sort of record.

Liara always ends up with Shep. ALWAYS.

I think that's why I'm no longer bothered if Bioware changes it or not. Sure, I'd love them to have a DLC ending so that Shepard and Liara ride off into the sunset together with the rest of the Normandy's crew and all the rest of the galaxy looks a bit more hopeful. But a) I doubt they'll do it and between all the great fan stuff and my own imagination I already have it.

Ha of course he did nobody can kill granpa Zaeed,  I've never done a kill everyone playthrough,i don't think i could stomach it i would rather see everyone alive.  still need the name of Zaeed's supplier, I'd never run out of Napalm again

Garrus knows Shep is out of his league, or rather, erm... how was that... batting for the other team? But I don't see Garrus making those sorts of jokes in my canon, he'd only just worked that stick out. But he's so funny in ME 3. And after Wingedmoggy pictured him as a giant cat-lizard beast, I sometimes see him as one.

James though, I think it would be awesome for Shep to tease James about what she does with Liara in bed, because... It's fun to tease James.

Liara is sad at the ending.

Garrus warmed up a lot from ME1 to 3. So I guess he just needed time to chill out. I mean, all those humans Vs turians jokes with Joker?

Yeah, but at the same time I see her dropping her name (to her mother's mild displeasure) and taking up the T'Soni name, because there's less pressure all around. After marrying Liara that is.

wow jlb, that's one good looking femshep you have there. The first one I actually like

edit: femshep fans don't get mad at me if I don't like how BW made the femshep customization. I tried making a good looking one myself and failed.

Hahaha just what i need in the morning.  I think i'll have to disagree on the name thing though i think they'll both keep seperate last names and the kids will share a hyphenated T'soni-Shepard or vice versa.  but that's my own head canon

Yes, it will be quite difficult for them to pull something off that doesn't end in even more disapointement and will be truly accepted. As with you, or ineed most of us, with every passing day people are more set in their own stories and believes about what happend at the end of ME3. So anything they add now may only be an additional disruptive factor for many.
I guess the biggest hope we can have atm is that they learn from this and take more care in their next games.
