This is something we need.

She counted; it happened, and I daresay we do absolutely need to continue the best written romance of ME2 in ME3.  It won't be the same without our cheerful, adorable Yeoman.

So get to it, BioWare.  Make her our Yeoman again or, failing that, just don't let down those of us who value this character and her relationship with our Shepards.

Yeah, she's not appearing for me even though I was quite friendly to her in ME2 and she survived - apparently you needed to have had dinner with her, which is a strange decision to make.

I hoping it's a bug, Which is why she is not appearing for allot of people.

Yeah, I'm going to be stalling and doing a bunch of side missions while I wait for Bioware to fix this - I want to talk to old friends...

This isn’t a bug.  When Kelly has dinner with Shepard in ME2, she becomes very close to the Commander in
either a friendly or romantic way.  This was a requirement for her to feed Shepard’s fish or for her to come up to Shepard’s cabin after the suicide mission.  This closeness to Shepard is what gives her the perspective and courage to leave Cerberus and start a new life helping refugees on the Citadel.  If you didn’t take her relationship to the point of the dinner scene in ME2, she returned to Cerberus with the rest of the crew when the Alliance impounded the Normandy.

I was wondering...I do not remember, if Kelly survived in my ME2 save. But she is not on the wall- Asley on the other hand is. Should she be?
I could also not find her on the citadel, and I asked a mate where she stands and checked the place at the first chance.

Does anyone have a clue?

If Kelly died in ME2 or in ME3, her name should appear on the memorial wall.  The basic rule is if you served as crew on the SR1 or SR2 at any time, your name is put on the wall if you die.

Some suggests you had to have dinner with Kelly for her to appear in ME3.

That is true.  You needed to be close friends with her to give her the perspecitive and courage to leave Cerberus.

I can confirm that in the event that she is killed by Cerberus during the Citadel coup her name will not be on the wall :(, I searched like 3 times after I noticed other teammates where being added.

Oh really?  Did you make sure to hear the people ambiently speak about her death? (Shepard doesn't have ESP).  If you hear the refugees comment that she's dead, and her name doesn't appear on the wall, then yes, that's not how it was intended to work.

Nevermind.  I just checked, and it was implemented so that her name only appears if she died in ME2.  Dangit.

I'm getting Close to having Dinner with Kelly. Just one Quick Question, I think I already know the answer just going to double Check to be on the safe side.

1. If you picked the Neutral Option (I'd Catch you) When first arrive on the Normandy SR-2 and never got any flirty options. Does Hugging her count as Friendship or Romance? I'm assuming Friendship since Kelly says "Your more than my commander, your my friend". -> Kelly Hugs Shepard -> "Welcome Back Ma/Sir"

If you pick "I'd Catch you" in ME2, you are on the friendship path with Kelly.  There is no romance, so a hug in ME3 is a hug between friends.  If you pick "I'd embrace you" in ME2, you are going down the romance path, but it can switch back to friends if you are romantically involved with another crew member.
