Only people with the Artbook knows what she looks like. I know she has a different hair style and theirs a chance her hair color could be different.

Kelly gets a Complete redesign in Mass Effect 3. I will almost bet that "Mom" hair cut is gone.

Their were two script leaked. The Newer Script has Kelly joining the Normandy, Where in the older Script has Kelly Staying on the Citadel.

Don't know, theirs no descrption of what she looks like in the Script. If you have the new Artbook It shows Kellys New look.
