It is, I really hope she wasn't cut from the game.

BioWare will not talk about the Romances. BioWare did tell us at GamesCom that Kelly will return in Mass Effect 3. The Leaked Script clearly tell us she is around. In the Demo files the War Assets list, It Kelly giving Shepard War Assets.

If she in the game He either missed her or didn't know where to go to talk to Kelly.

I would be a bit annoyed if she isn't in the game. I do have a few playthroughs with Kelly as my Romance. It would feel like I wasted my time if Kelly is not in the game.

I don't know what Bioware's intransigence is on this point.  I don't want to know HOW the romances develop or what happens, all I want to know is that they Kelly romance can be expanded upon because it's going to affect *how I import my save file*!!!!!!!   Because if I can't, then I'll import a save with Miranda simply so I can see the romance played out.  I don't want my first playthrough to be screwed up because all of a sudden I can't romance Kelly but also lost out on starting the game with Miranda still as my LI.  

And I forgot to say thanks for the info before, so...thanks!

FYI Players CAN continue their romance with Kelly. She is in the game and from what I've heard, I am really excited to see the role she plays in it. The only thing I am concerned about is how the relationship is treated but again, from what I've heard, its done very well. Surprisingly well considering she wasn't an actually LI in ME2. Overall I am pretty hopeful <3

^I think she hugs you once you find here on the Citadel (fortunately you go to the Citadel after the Mars mission) so that'll be good time to go look for her, though you should ask Revan654 about it

Not everything from the leaked script remains in the game. Their are a few things cut. I believe Illium & OMega were both in the leaked Script. They didn't make it into the final game.

After Reading the Ending last night, I started to question if I even want to play Mass Effect 3. Hopefully I'm just overreacting. Feel like Dragon Age 2 Ending all over again, but a little Worse.

Someone might have let me know if Kelly Made it into the game.

Omega seems more like it will be DLC with Aria taking the fight to Oleg Petrovsky to retake Omega.

"Kelly can be a full romance in ME3. She will also give you your ME2 fish when you meet her on the Citadel, but you don't have to romance her for that".

in my first run i was romancing or trying to romance mordin till he blew me off. instead i went and did kelly instead because she seemed like the next easiest target.

then when i played properly i did the wise thing and romanced garrus and ignored her. i do like kelly though heh.

I gotta agree here. I'm already P!ssed off from the leaked scripts and the way 2 my favorite charactersin the whole series are being handled (both ME2 introduced characters).

I've been upset that MP and alternate story modes are being introduced and in my opinion it's being done at the expense of the whole series and what the players love of it, for the sake of grabbing a different or new fan base.

I'd love to see pics of Kelly in ME3 if anyone has any.

As for DA or whatever game it was that Bioware did extremly bad with the ending or what ever I didn't play any so I really can't say as I've experinced BW handling things badly yet..... I hope I don't have to expereince it with ME3 I REALLY HOPE it's done great .

judging from the leaked script a while back, it seems that any romance with Kelly is more of an open one (be with who you want, even fall in love with someone else, but still be together for the in-case something happens to the relationship with the other person).

if it is still in-game, my fem!Shepard will get with her, then with Samantha, then maybe headcanon Artemis and Kelly getting back together post-game.
