Well it is a section of the Citadel that is only avaible after the Virmire survivor wakes up for the first time. She is located in the dock: holding area. Once there, look on your map to see where she is. :.)

I hate I didn't use my Kelly import first. She voice sounded somewhat different, but the same.

Yeah after the VS wakes up she is in D2. I romanced her in 2 and she said she was happy to see me, there is a Paragon Interupt to hug her. You can ask her to come back to the Normandy, but says she would like nothing more to come back, but she cant because of those nightmares about the Collectors.

She also gives you back all your fish from 2. Then you guys say goodbye and she leaves.
I didn't like that, I'm now stuck with the British Wannabe Kelly.  She said she left Cerberus so mabye theres a side mssion involving that? /Blind Optimism

Okay so after I did the Prothean Mission (which was listed a "Priority") Kelly was back to where she was last time. With some new Dialogue. Hopefully this means after Priority missions she gets some new Dialgue which could lead to a romance!

Just talked to Ashley, Still not Seeing Kelly anywhere.

I guess I had to flirt with her, for her to appear. Most of my saves I was always professional with her. Doesn't look like Kelly is going to make it through in most my of my saves.

I dont know if that would solve the problem but at least it would give her a fighting chance.

I cant belive this, I just balled my eyes out over Thanes death and then I come down to see Kelly and I find out shes dead.

Yeah, the leaked script hinted that you should tell her to change her name and look. That was one of the last things I told her to do before my Xbox broke.

I believe if you tell her to change her identity, she'll survive and you'll meet her again later on and she'll give you War Assests, according to the ME wiki.

So you better save her next time (she's my favorite too).

Happy news, everyone! Kelly is a LI, as in unlocks the paramour achievement. Can't elaborate now, but if you kept her alive past events on the citadel and imported a save with her romance from ME2, then you have what we all wanted. Cannot adequately describe how happy I am!

It's going to be awhile before a Title Update is released, I doubt we will see anything until the End of April or Early May.

yes she is tied to a war asset (
Ex-Cerberus Engineers )but you must make the right convo choice, or youll regret it
