Well I at least saw Kelly on my NG+ playthrough before she got capped this time around

This isn’t a bug.  When Kelly has dinner with Shepard in ME2, she becomes very close to the Commander in
either a friendly or romantic way.  This was a requirement for her to feed Shepard’s fish or for her to come up to Shepard’s cabin after the suicide mission.  This closeness to Shepard is what gives her the perspective and courage to leave Cerberus and start a new life helping refugees on the Citadel.  If you didn’t take her relationship to the point of the dinner scene in ME2, she returned to Cerberus with the rest of the crew when the Alliance impounded the Normandy.

Then there is a nice bug in this game. I didn't get Kelly that far along and she still appeared on my ME3 Citadel, gave me back my fish, and explained why the SM caused her to not want to be in the action any longer. I couldn't tell her to change her name though so she was killed according to Ken and Gaby later.

You can tell Kelly to change her name during the first conversation you have with her. It's kind of hard to miss. If I recall correctly, it was a option to "encourage her to help refuges" or "change her name". It was the one of the last dialogue options you have with her the first time you meet up with her. Be sure to explore all dialogue options, including what she been up too, including her departure from cerberus.

Ok I romanced Kelly inn Mass effect 2 and decided to continue the relationship in Mass effect 3 and got the Paramour Achievement. whilst I would have loved more Kelly I do have some questions as I feel I may have missed something.

1) Is there any way to get her to get off the Citadel before the Reapers take it? because If there isn't she is well...dead and that is a little disappointing.

2) If she is dead on the Citadel after the Reapers take the citadel is her body there for some sort of cutscene for closure?

3) If she did get off the citadel is there anyway to cotact her on the commuications device by Andersons Forward officer on Earth?

Great isn't it? You have to be careful to keep the poor girl alive through two games, she's reduced to an emotional wreck who barely resembles the girl you first meet. But you can romance her and then the likelihood is that she's killed off when the reapers take the citadel, her nightmares come alive.

Yeah, I suggested Bioware change it in their feedback thread.

Kelly potentially gets the biggest shaft out of all LIs, since she's not slated to die like Thane, and you put careful work into ensuring she lives, and then all that is just taken away from you, like you did nothing.

And then to really drive it all home, Shepard starts dreaming of Liara.

Yeah, my biggest gripe with Kelly's romance is that there is no way to know if she got off of the Citadel in time or not and until some official word comes from someone at BW, in my own little head-canon she totally evacuated before everything went down.

1. Does romancing Kelly in ME3 grants Paramour achievement?
2. Can you start a romance with Kelly even if you didn't in ME2?
3. Can you romance her if you've already committed to someone else?

Are you absolutely 100% sure she gives Paramour achievement? If yes, then it's great! I watched her romance videos on YT and the commitement really was no less serious than with any other LI that grants you Paramour achievement so I definitely think she should grant it too. Especially since it's a romance that spans across 2 games.

Ahh... so it's because I didn't get her to dinner in ME2 I can't find her now in ME3. That explains a lot, I was missing Kelly. She is a sweetheart

FU... I need help, I romanced Kelly in ME2 (got her dance at the cabin), met her in the docks in ME3, told her to change her name, met her again after the Citadel attack where she thanks me for saving her again, but then nothing, I never got the romance conversation. I went back to the docks after EVERY mission (side ones included) and kept clicking on her. I only got her generic lines after that. I'm already at the endgame sequence (about to raid the Cerberus base).

Did I hit a bug? I do not have any active romances with any squadmate nor with the other crew members (played Chess with Traynor instead of the shower and told Allers to keep it professional).

This is SOOOOO frustrating, all I want is for my Shep to get the chance to tell Kelly she loves her (I don't care what may happen at the end).

I support this! We only had like 2 weird conversations with Kelly in ME3 and that disappoints me.

Samantha Whatever is such a boring character compared to Kelly. Her only characteristics are that she's a lesbian, British and is a computer genius. All that sounds really hot, but she's just so boring that it doesn't matter.

GIVE US KELLY BACK! She's got spunk, red hair and she survived being abducted by the Collectors - Now that's cool!

I've been aiming to romance everyone i can as my second Shepard (i even propositioned Joker!) But i didnt tell Kelly to change her ID...so Cerberus killed her in the attack
