Liara in ME1, Tali in ME2 but I made up with Liara in LotSB sooo... in ME3 I'm going with Liara but if I can have both Liara and Tali then I'll go for that!

Kaidan. My Shep's a loyal kinda girl and went solo through ME2. Not that it was very hard >.>

My three main play throughs have romanced Kaiden, Jack and Garrus. None of them have any interest in switching things up.
Ellie- She really liked Kaiden and felt she'd met a soul mate. That said, she considers things off until they can meet and hash things out. But she has no interest in seeing anyone else right now. She's too busy.
James - He's the kind of guy who feels the need to fix things. In talking with Jack he found he liked the person she is under the rock hard exterior, so she turned from a project into a romance. He's taking things one day at a time, and letting Jack dictate their course for now.
Jane - Friends with benefits turned into a meeting of hearts and minds for her. The more they talked the more she discovered she felt for Garrus. Initally the hardest of my Shepards, she's been fantasizing about returning to the Terminus systems with Garrus and spending the rest of her days discovering who can rack up the most head-shots. I find it funny that the Shepard least likely to settle down is the one planning a future. Go figure.

Still trying to decide between my Paragon Vanguard with Liara or my Paragade Infiltrator with Miranda for the first Shepard I import into ME3. Both are equal in the quality of their character to me and those are my two favorite Sheps. May come down to a coin flip on release day.

I've only got my one shepard so far although I'll be starting a new one soon: He went with Ashley because he wanted the achievement and Tali wasn't available. Then he found out that Tali was available in ME2, told Ashley to **** of on Horizon, and has no intention of switching his current interest in ME3.

this is going to sound shallow and it probably is but: bald.

Ok... so people don´t like her because is bald? is terribly stupid... At least her romance is the most touchy.

In order:

1° Tali: I love girls who are innocent and shameful, but in the very deep are leonas who´ll never let others to walk over their dreams.

2° This one is difficult... It must be Liara/Ash/Jack/Samara/Kasumi xD

3° and last... Miranda, she is boring, plain and simple, is like if she tries to be Ashley/Jack/Tali at the same time.
