Not sure yet.

We don't have enough information. But the one person who i chose in both the first two games was Liara.

For ME3, it depends on a number of factors:

If Ashley is changed
If Kelly Chambers returns as a full fledged "romance" path
If Jack or Miranda or Kasumi or Tali return and are changed
If there's a new female entirely that goes one of two certain ways

If any of those conditions are met, then Liara staying the love interest for me can change. If any of them aren't met, then Liara stays the love interest because there's no other options.

Kathy Shepard-Spacer, Butcher of Torfan, Renegade Infiltrator will probably keep in touch with Kelly if the yeoman's still around. If not, then come what may...
A third Shepard is waiting to see Kaiden again in ME3 either to reconcile or kick him in the teeth for Horizon. All depends on how he approaches her....

Ash betrayed me..

My shep and Miranda dont really have that kinda connection.

I turned down tali as easily as possible. It was hard though.

Tried my hardest for Samara. Shot down.

Romance with Jack progresed naturally. My paragon earthborn shep felt a connection w/ Jack and wanted to help her...

 I play through pretty much every romance at least once, but for the Sheps I'm actually planning to carry through ME3...

Tyra Shepard (canon/main) - Loved Kaidan bunches despite her emotionally stunted mastery of compartmentalization. She stayed faithful without temptation, barring a few flirtatious words exchanged with Kelly.

Callie Shepard - Hooked up with Kaidan but didn't realize how emotionally involved she was until after Horizon. In response to which realization (and attendant anger) she revenge****ed Garrus. I am hoping this blows up in her face spectacularly in ME3.

Ainsley Shepard - Essentially pity****ed Liara and later intensely regretted it after the whole "going off the deep end and giving Shep's body to Cerberus to be resurrected" business, then spent the entirety of ME2 extremely sexually frustrated as Miranda, Jack, Tali, Samara, and Kasumi were all flitting about but none of them would make out with her. (She didn't want to risk Kelly after the way the last sweet, young thing with a crush worked out.) As a lesbian, she's "faithful" to Liara by default, but come ME3, she'll basically go for any lady that will give her the time of day. Though, if Ashley is available that would be her top choice since she's been carrying a torch for her since right after Eden Prime.

Nijah Shepard - Single through ME1 as her strong soldierly values wouldn't allow her to risk compromising the mission. However, once she wasn't Alliance anymore and was, frankly, feeling reckless and unstable after the whole resurrected and working for Cerberus thing, she went for a fling with Jacob. What she does in ME3 depends on which way the wind blows.

Camille Shepard - Single through ME1 due to her deeply rooted abandonment/survivor's guilt issues preventing her from acting on or even expressing her repressed feelings for Kaidan. Said issues only intensified exponentially after she died and then woke up two years later with her whole life having passed her by, so she was barely willing to even talk to her crew much less pursue a relationship with any of them. Come ME3, perhaps the looming end of the galaxy will spur her to finally confront her feelings for Kaidan. Or maybe she'll just be forever alone!

Madison Shepard - Was super flattered and a little endeared by Liara's strong interest in him, so he romanced her. Then, once she got distant when he was kind of in need of emotional support after dying and everything, he found himself attracted to Tali. He's willing to give it a try for keeps with Tali in ME3.

I also have another Kaidan faithful save lying around, but it's basically just a mild variation on my canon game that's pure paragon, whereas my canon game leans paragade.

Either Tali or Liara. I would prefer Tali but I feel bad that I moved on from Liara for Tali when it was Liara that secured my body from the Collectors and got me resurected by Cerberus. You should of been able to be with Tali and ME1

Tali. Definitely Tali. Probably one of the best written romances in Bioware's long history of RPGs, credit going to Patrick Weekes for the amazing job he did there.

The romance is not just the most heartwarming, but completely selfless- If anything her desire to be in a relationship together with Shepard is stupid, which is exactly what makes it the greatest. The reasons for her emotions for you have very little to do with just a shallow desire for sex (that may or may not grow into more) like some others (Jack is the other good female one, in that regard.) That's also the reason it's probably one of the best for a long-term relationship, which is what I wanted my canon Shepard to have been going for.

Did I mention her accent? Because good lord Tali's voice actor created an amazing accent for her character. You could hear in interviews that she doesn't talk like that in real life, which makes it such amazing work that her voice acting is so consistent and identifiable.

Plus she's got spunk, she manages to be the snarkiest and funniest out of the female love interests, and that's considering the fact that she actually has real competition on that front from Ashley and Jack, but she's still the best there. Joker likes her alone, out of all of the squadmates so that's gotta be saying something. So does Kasumi, for that matter- she gets downright protective of Tali if you've romanced her.

Kaidan for my MShep, if that's possible. That specific MShep doesn't exist yet, he's waiting to have is s/s Kaidan hopes either confirmed or dashed before being born.

Andromeda Shepard, paragon extraordinaire, romanced Kaidan and is still faithful to him, despite Horizon. She has yet to decide the appropriate way to reply to his email.

Michelle Shepard, renegade, romanced Kaidan and is still in love with him but will NOT remain faithful after Horizon. She likes Thane, but is afraid he likes her a little too much, and even she's not renegade enough to make a doomed man waste time with her considering she has no intention of being serious. Might have a fling with Jacob just to rub it in Kaidan's face.

Isabela Shepard, paragon, was always in love with Garrus, blew off steam with him before going through the Omega 4 relay and is now holding her breath to see if he'd be interested in more than just blowing off steam in ME3.

Ian Shepard, renegade, romanced no one in ME1 and thinks Miranda's too hot a piece of ass to not shag. The fact that his feelings run deeper than that has so far eluded him.

Cassandra Shepard, paragade, might go for Thane if she can get over how he compartimentalises his kills to not have any responsibility. It's not that a contract killer is strictly against her moral code, she just thinks he needs to grow up and face the music. But she still melts whenever he calls her siha.

Shepards that are still waiting for me to play them: one FShep and one MShep for Liara, coming right up - I wasn't so big on Liara as more than a friend until LotSB, now I must have her; and one paragon MShep for Jack, if you please.

My canon shep was "supposed" to be romance free through the whole trilogy (wanted to create a Solid Snake in space kind of character), but I ended up romancing Tali after discovering just how cute she became with her fumbling antics lol.

I still get a chuckle every time I replay that one scene.

That depends on who is the s/s romance option for ME 3. If it's Vega, then him. If it's Kaiden then he might just stay single...

I want to make a femShep and romance Liara though.

I've only played as a male Shep, but i watched the Kaidan buildup on youtube.  Though equally formulaic, I think the VS buildups have way more depth than the ME2 romances.  (inserting flame shield), i personally felt that some of the ME2 romances were forced.

That's interesting. I don't agree. Really I think that the romances in ME1 were more forced, Liara a bit more so than Ash though....
