For my femShep it's Kaidan or none for non-Kaidan imports. My male Shep will stick with Liara, Ashley or Tali.

My main love interests are Ashley and Miranda but i have files with every love interest just to see how they play out in ME3

I have 6 different Shepard imports I'm bringing into ME3, so let me run down the list . . .

Michael Shepard (Engineer/Colonist/Sole Survivor/Paragon): Liara.  He's been faithful to her since ME1 and wouldn't dream of being otherwise.  I really love the romance story arc with Liara, not to mention that she's my favorite character, and this particular incarnation of Shepard is my best MShep (I enjoy playing as an Engineer, especially in ME2).  They work very well together, though I can't point to a specific reason why.

Laura Shepard (Soldier/Earthborn/War Hero/Paragon):  Kaidan:wub:  Even though it wasn't easy, she's remained true to him the entire time.  I really want to see how this plays out.

John Shepard (Infiltrator/Earthborn/Sole Survivor/Paragon):  Ashley.  Same story as with my previous Shepard.

Elizabeth Shepard (Vanguard/Spacer/Sole Survivor/Paragon):  Hasn't been with anyone; she's waiting for Joker in ME3   If it turns out that this won't be a possibility, she'll either wait and see what other options come up (perhaps Mr. Vega?) or take a late shot at Kaidan.

Daniel Shepard (Adept/Colonist/War Hero/Paragon):  Waiting (and has been since ME1).  He'll probably end up with Ashley or Liara in ME3 if someone new doesn't pop up . . . or if someone we've met before unexpectedly turns out to be an LI in the third game.  (Not sure who this might be, but we'll see, won't we?)

Alanna Shepard (Sentinel/Spacer/War Hero/Paragade):  Thane.  I figured it wasn't really fair to have one of my MShep characters with an alien and not do the same with one of my FemSheps   I wasn't even sure about pursuring the romance with Thane in ME2 at first, but then he really grew on me.  I've got to see where this goes!  Hopefully we can get rid of his Kepral's syndrome somehow. 

I have gone through romances with other characters in ME2 (Garrus, Tali, Miranda, intentions of a playthrough with Jacob), and I will more than likely bring imports into ME3 with those in tow at some point.  These 6 are just my starting points.

Garrus. I like how it 'progresses' from two best friends easing some tension, to something that just means so much to Garrus. He's pretty much always on Shep's side and I've enjoyed his character progression between ME1 and ME2.

No one in ME1 and then Tali in ME2

I like to think if My 1st and 4th Shepard as my main ones because the other ones are renegade and renegon. I like my shepard being Paragade or Paragon.

My paragon Sophia Shepard chose to stick with the mission in ME1 and fell in love with Garrus in ME2, now the question is, will she remain faithful in ME3? (If there's an option that is)

Without Kasumi being romancable, I'm gonna say Jack, with Thane's being a close second. Her romance felt so much more emotional compared to the others in my opinion.

Interesting, I've 2 shepard playthroughs for both ME's, and am busy with the 3rd:

Jane Shepard, paragon with a bit of renegade: Went for Liara in ME1, and had a fling with Garrus in the second part. But after Lair of the Shadowbroker she went back to Liara, and will probably be faithful to her in ME3.

John Shepard, renegade soab, nice to the ladies though, at least in ME1, was nice to both Ashley and Tali, both joined Shepard on missions for the majority of the game. Was even quite fond of Ash, although she didn't seem interested... So he went for Liara then, who proved to be quite willing.
Chapter two though, seeing Ash again hurt a little, and the reunion with Tali wasn't very smooth either, she seemed unable to cope with the fact Shepard was loyal to Cerberus now, she was even pissed off while Shep tried to help her prove her innocense to the Quarian Board. She unfortunately died after some vent during the Suicide Mission, closing a door. My Shep did have a one-night stand with Jack, but that was just for the sex, because he couldn't care less about her (she died as well).
But the perfect ms. Lawson... Shepard grew very fond of her, and not for just the looks, but her personality as well... So they hooked up with eachother.
So for ME3, it will probably be Miranda, but thinking about Ash....

For my third character I don't know yet, I am still too early in the game. Probably Kaidan...
