[Exile Isan]

I have three Shepard's. Rhianna (Red Shep) is with Kaidan, Sara (Barbie Shep) is with Garrus, and Nadia (Bun Shep) is with Thane. I'm torn as to who I'm going to play on my first playthrough. Rhi was my first character, but I have to say that Sara is my favorite, and I don't even know if Thane will even be in the game. Decisions.

Oh, and the names Red Shep, Barbie Shep, and Bun Shep are the names my sister gave my Shep's. Rhianna has bright red hair, Sara is blonde and blue eyed and looks like Barbie, and Nadia has her hair in a bun.

I haven't decided how many Shep's I'm going to end up with, but all with be femshep. My straight up paragon with definitely stick with Kaidan (goody two shoes, afterall) but I have a couple neutral characters that I want to experiment with. Thane makes my heart melt everytime I play, so I will have to cheat on Kaidan for him

Also, my Renegade Shep kept her options open, but settled for Jacob in ME2 (only after seeing )

Hmm, let's see.  Kaidan has 5 loyal FemSheps.  Garrus has 2, and Thane has 1 as well.  Miranda and Ashley each will have a ManShep (or will, once I finish their playthroughs).  I also have one scenario in which a FemShep "cheated" on Kaidan with Jacob, but then Jacob died in the Suicide Mission so I'm not sure if she's technically single for ME3 or what.    Plus another FemShep who is officially single and ready to mingle for ME3.

Kaidan and Garrus are my favorites and the ones I am most looking forward to.

I wanted him to be an LI since ME1, and even held off on the romances in ME1 for ME2.

I'd like to see where the romance picks up after ME2 and what will happen in ME3. I hope it's not just a lousy head bump, though.

Kaidan, like it's been for the past two games. However I am playing through as a renegade finally and I plan to romance Thane, which is an odd choice considering. However I want to see if he expires in 3, if I can resist the urge not to kill him....

ManShep 1: Stayed true to Ashley
FemShep: Dumping Kaidan for Jacob
ManShep 2: Miranda (no ME1 LI)
ManShep 3: Jack (no ME1 LI)

I messed up the Horizon meeting pretty bad for my first ManShep. Ashley was pissed. I was quite relieved when I found out she kept an ember burning in her post-Horizon email. My ManShep is a Paragon Spacer War Hero. They make a nice couple.

My FemShep is a Ruthless Earthborn Renegade, basically a space**** like Jack. Kaidan's wet-blanketness never really sat well with her. Jacob is a much better fit.

Shep 3 and Shep 4 were basically made to see other branches of the story tree, so one got with Miranda and the other got with Jack. I think Jack is a pretty compelling LI, actually. She's a tortured soul and Shep can really help her out. Their romance scene before the suicide mission is actually pretty touching. I think if I had to start all over and just pick one LI for the whole series, I would choose Jack.

Canons: Alyson (6 saves... I love my Vanguard) is loyal to Kaidan, Ingrid is unknown (may end up with new LI).
Not-so canons: Max is loyal to Jack, Mona is loyal to Kaidan.
Just-for-funs: Mark will try to find a new girlfriend (4 girlfriends save), Angel dependent on save is loyal to Thane or Garrus
Anti-canons: Ashley will try to seduce TIM (unlikely she'll succeed, but she's too xenophobic and renegad-y to try someone else), John will try to find a new girlfriend to change dead Tali

Let's see here -

Male Shep - Pretty much anyone of the LIs we've had so far except Jack. Each lady will probably get a turn depending on what character I'm playing.

Fem Shep - Hate to say it, but Liara. Why? Kaiden = dull, Jacob = boring/uninteresting, Garrus.... no. (That whole thing was awkward.) I like the idea of Thane, but I never did finish a playthrough with his romance.

Canon Paragon Soldier MShep - Tali (no ME1 romance), because... Tali. All the reason you need.
Renegade Infiltrator FShep - Loyal to Liara, because the renegade Liara romance is actually quite sweet.
Paragade Vanguard MShep - Liara, Jack, and back to Liara in LotSB. The biotic catfight/free-for-all is going to be amazing.

everyone, though I prefer femshep and don't know yet whether one of my existing shepards will end up with same sex LI's, new sheps or no one. Most characters are loyal to their LI's, though I have one Kaidan girl that moved on to Jacob and may or may not stay with Jacob, I don't know yet. existing no relationship Shepards may or may not stay single, depending on who are the new LI's

Familiarity has always been a big thing for me in deciding whom will be my LI in bioware games.

Also since this is a Sci-Fi game I'm gonna date the aliens dangit!

As one that had done all three romances in ME1 with three different Shepards. Then I did one Shepard with no LI, so I could romance Tali in ME2. My canon Shepard stayed faithful to Liara and that is the romance I want to continue the most. The other Shepards went with Jack and Jacob in ME2 after the VS ripped into Shepard on Horizon. I don't care they sent a "I'm sorry" type message. There actions on Horizon made me not want to be with them.

I can't wait to see what happens with that in ME3. Catfight between super human biotic Jack with soldier/Spectre Ashley. With Kaidan and Jacob both being biotics that could get interesting as well. Oh the possibilities.

my first playthrough will probably be with a game that romanced ashley in ME1 and miranda in ME2.
im guessing thats a really common setup but meh, its a good one.

I have a multitude of BeardSheps that run the gamut with regards to choices and LIs, but my 'main' Shepard is sticking to Liara.

Miranda Lawson: 

• saved Shepard (with help of others) in ME2, if she wouldn't have done so, the Galaxy couldn't be saved in ME3!
• told TIM bye bye and sided with my Shepprd at the Suicide Mission conclusion.
• pulled my Shepard up to the Normandy after the Suicide Mission and saved him again.
• my Shepard changed her a lot for the better according to Liara.
• is faced/voiced by Yvonne Strahovski (Who in  wouldn't want to "romance" her?!)
• introduced me to the ME Universe and my Shepards 2nd life at the beginning of ME3.
