I tried most but the main LI is tali and going to continue that in ME3

John Shepard (Sheploo): Jack. (only ME2 LI that didn't feel like 'booty call' to me - liked the emotional depth to it as a storyline)

Cameron Shepard (FemShep): Liara. (partly because the Liara/Femshep interaction starts off so awkwardly cute/cutely awkward, ...and partly because Kaidan's a whiny moper who needs to lighten the hell up)

Since I simply can't stand playing a maleShep, i'm restricting myself pretty much I guess, but I like Liara as a character an LI.
Also, someone already pointed out that she is dedicated to Shepard above and beyond what you could normally expect.

My main Shepard was into Kaiden at first, but he died on Virmire so I romanced the hell out of Garrus in ME2. I'll keep up the Garrus romance in ME3, because I think they both go together so well! They're a cute couple, and Garrus is both delightfully awkward and yet so very awesome.

Second pass going out with Miranda after she told TIM to **** off
Third pass.... well my FEM Shep for some reason decided to go with Jacob. Would have been Thane but lets see... Sole survivor, LI Kaidan died on Virmire, does a Shep rly want to go with another dieing guy? And Garrus was always her younger bro so no way for that one.

LIARA!! of course she is just a brilliant character and so sweet she is with my fem shep and ashley with my renegade male and none for my renegade female (she's basically too much of an a** for anyone to love!) basically the rest is Liara and one for Kaidan my straight femshep) I can't wait to see what Bioware does with the romance in ME3!!! >_<

Let's see, i have 3 femsheps, the paragon one will go with chating Kaidan with Thane (assuming Thane survives until ME3), my Renegade Shepard romanced Kaidan and stayed faithful to him in ME2, so planning to continue that in ME3 (but he really needs to apologize), and finally my Paragade Shep didn't romance anyone in the first game, and romanced garrus in the second one, he's such a good fella, and is staying with me until the end

Well I only play as femshep and I always choose Thane, I don't know how to explain why I like him I just do =)

With my first and canon Shep, Jack. Went for Ash in ME1 because she was the bad girl, but then the baddest girl rolled in.
Femshep will stay with Thane if possible, or float back to Liara, depending on how the wind blows.

Tali across the board on all my playthroughs because of her awesome personality Never got into femshep since I'm probably one of the only people who can't stand Jennifer Hales' voice.

I found her both a very beautiful character both physically/personality-wise. I really connected with her and felt an emotional drive when she was captured. I really hope Bioware includes her among the LIs. I really want to see her and Shepard's romance continue (:

Did no one go for Liara, she is just the perfect match for my male shepard. I think she brings out a side of him that no one else sees. And with the Shadow Broker add-on for ME2 i was able to continue that from ME1. Please let it be available for ME3. I will be crushed if its not!! Thank you for making the most awesome game ever!

yea, i had ashley in ME1, then miranda in ME2, and i can't decide between them for ME3, because i'll feel bad for ashley if i go for miranda, and vice versa if i go for ashley. so i'mma just cliche it and go for the person i never bothered to look to: Tali. it'll be interesting to not go for a human, and when i think about it, she's the only female character that had been with me the whole time (and didn't gripe at me on horizon for being forced to integrate into cerberus, who i didn't even like), and has always had a crush on shepard according to ken and gabby. so yea, i felt kinda bad when i went with miranda, but then she took off her jumpsuit in front of the ME core, and that regret temporarily left me. but still, tali is the one for me.
