Hey, I have no problem with robosexuals, but making Legion robosexual would ruin his character! He showed no interest in Shepard throughout ME2, and I don't want him suddenly comimg on to me in ME3! It would ruin our epic ro-bromance! Like I said, I have no problem with robosexuals, but robomances should be restricted to new robotic characters. I don't want to see Legion butchered like that.

Actually... he does take intrest in Shepard, well hints to it... Once you beat the game if you talk to him the right way, he starts to stumble and side step the questions... which at least to me would signal he is interested in Shepard.... but that could just be my viewpoint of Legion >v< And yes I do agree it would butcher his character... but it would be so awesome! The best butcher ever! >v<

This tweet basically onfirms that not all previous LIs will be available for s/s romance, only some (Kaidan being one of them most likely) and that there'll be some entirely new s/s LIs as well (Vega is considered the likliest candidate but it's purely speculation at this point).

I'm just going to say it bluntly, Garrus had a hard and awkward enough time in a romance with a femshep. When I imagine maleshep coming on to him, I see him throwing himself out of an airlock. However, if it is written, I expect it to be as awkward and embarassing if not more than femshep's relationship.

Because if so, I don't really see any confirmation. That said, I'm not up to date with all the information, I'm missing something?

But I agree with your overall point that Garrus' relationship with manShep would be just as awkward as his relationship with femShep. I'm not sure if it would be more awkward, considering that Garrus seems more focused on Shepard's species than his/her gender, but if male Shepard made a move on Garrus, I can easily see Garrus having a "Wait, what?" moment very similiar to femShep's first flirtations.

It would be akward... but at the same moments doesn't everyone have those akward moments in a relationship at least once in their lives? I would love to see how it is written! ^v^

I always thought it believable for Kaidan to be Bi.

it's kind of funny, but in a sweet way to see this smiling,unassuming, slightly pudgy guy with goofy hair as being Kaidan . But i love the voice nonetheless and it suits the character perfectly.
wonder if his wife plays ME . ;p
now i want to see the guy/or girl who drew Kaidan originally. Or are those figures team work ?
i really know nothing of the video game industry.

We *assume* Kaidan's face is scanned from some real-life model, like they did with the default Shepard (the one in your avatar). There's one guy who we think could've been the one to provide the face for Kaidan, but it was never confirmed, not even if Kaida really had a face model or is it an entirely fantasy face. Here's the guy we *think* could perhaps be real-life Kaidan, model Jeff Zalzali:

While I think Kaidan is the most likely gay male romance, and it'd be a shame to have BioWare not follow through on it, I will point out that the actor recording lines and those lines actually ending up in the game are two entirely different things.

You can be excited, sure, but cuts do happen. Until BioWare confirms the romances that will appear, there is no confirmation.

This is very much my perspective also. It would be premature to take Sbarge as complete confirmation, even if he were correct that he'd been told of a Kaidan s/s romance. 

I'm more confident about it than I was before the convention and his comments, but it's not anything like confirmation of it actually happening in the game.

thanks for that info. Sparge, with short hair and a couple years in a gym cold be quite hot,lol. and yeah, vaguely kaidanesque .
Zalzali does look very close to kaidan, though with a more bony look , more skinny . 
well if they just scan pics all the time no wonder they look so good, as opposed to Sheps we completely build  in the Lazarus lab!!! boy have i ended up with some scary zombies.

This is kind of how I feel about it. I take it as a very good indicator of s/s Kaidan, (which hopefully will be handled very well) but not engraved in stone. It's interesting that BioWare is remaining mum on this, to me that's a tacit admission that Sbarge was on target. I think that if it was for sure NOT happening, we would have heard a retraction of some sort.

I'm just hoping that this isn't also an indicator that Ashley is automatically the f/f option. Not that I have a problem with s/s Ashley per se, I know she has a lot of fans. I'm just tired of the "Virmire Survivor As Single Quantum Character" thing. I know that Ash and Kaidan both have to get from Story Point A to Story Point B, but I'd like it if they took unique paths to get there. If we've got m/m Kaidan and f/f Ashley, it just reinforces that they're really just a composite character and not true individuals. Horizon "broke my immersion", if you will, because it played out so similarly with Ashley and Kaidan. They literally said the exact same lines in a few places. Do Not Want. Now in some situations there are some lines that should be the same, but that's not going to be that often, so I hope to whatever extent BioWare can bring back Kaidan and Ashley's individual personalities, they do so. 

If they do go this route of s/s VS, I at least hope the romance subplots play out very differently. Kaidan is more a "bottle of wine" type of guy, whereas Ashley is more of a tackle-and-glom type. Ash has feelings, certainly, but she expresses them through action for the most part. She's a woman of action, though I will expect some poetry thrown in for good measure. Kaidan is more talky. That's my take on the characters anyways.
