A lot of that has to do with the fact that there are only two races with male/female models in the game (human and quarian), and three species with females.

Nah, there are a number of references to asari/nonasari parings that don't have the nonasari present, and they're all still male. That asari who wants her locket back during Miranda's LI, for instance, because it's got her male, human bondmate's picture in it. Dude is dead, that's why she wants the locket so badly; he could easily have been any race or gender.

I was in the local Gamestop today, and a couple of young punks were complaining about Bioware possibly ruining ME with gayness, and then they started wondering how mulitplayer would work.

Now as far as I know, there will be no multiplayer, but can you imagine the possibilities? A bunch of bros, blowing stuff up happily until the arrival of the Pink Calvary, indoctrinating everyone. Immersion ruined for hundreds of fragile minds across North America and Europe.

Not to start an argument here, but I'm not sure if I want multiplayer if it's going to be done half-assed.

Narrative/character driven rpg games need multiplayer like a fish needs a bicycle. It'd be time-and-resource vacuum and add nothing of worth.

TOR pretty much rules out Mass Effect MMORPG for the next 5-10 years. After that, I could totally see it happening, it could actually work great as a successor to TOR not to mention the audience would be much larger by that time for it with the movies already out and all the other content.

I kinda want to show that to Bioware and say, "Do you see what happens when you draw in the FPS crowd?"

They probably don't even know about Liara/Femshep because "Any guy who plays a girl is gay/not straight."
(Yes, I've seen that mentality, even on these forums.)
Moreover, they probably don't care because, as some have pointed to the trope: Girl on Girl is hot.

And Multiplayer... yes... because thats all the FPS market is now. The single player game sucks because it's all about the multiplayer where teens/younger can scream racial slurs and cheat.

Just my opinion, take it with a grain of salt.
You might what to pick larger, less squinty eyes, give him a bit more pronounced cheek bones and narrow the chin a bit more.
I've never been much of a fan of facial hair on "pretty boy" types, but it's not impossible to pull off.

Personally, I'm rarely impressed with most custom man-sheps, but then, I'm very exacting when I customize faces.
