Yeah forreals. Whenever you want to 'demonstrate' how totally main character super-friend&sure-to-be lover Joker is for Shep you always go for Kaidan and tell how little dialogue/interaction/friendship/chemistry/ANYTHING there is with him. Coincidence? LOL I ain't blind.

Now now, don't start being fallacious. I could just as easily link to a video of a Garrus conversation and one where Joker repeats his "good for now, fractured my thumb on the mute but I think I made my point" line ad infinitum.

Joker has conversations, sure. I'm not saying he didn't. I always make a habit of discussing his topics in Mass Effect 1, too. But I wouldn't really class most of what he says as 'interaction'. For the most part, it's Shepard asking what's up, him giving a one liner, and Shepard leaving. That doesn't mean I wouldn't like to see more from him, or that I don't love what's already there. His quips whenever someone new comes aboard or the like are great, but I never really felt as though I learned anything about him.

Given ME2's tendancy to show, not tell, he's at something of an unfortunate disadvantage anyway.

Omg this is so pathetic.  Yes I hate your pixel romance and totally want to ruin it. TOTALLY 

As long as it's not shoved down my throat (I.E. I'm talking to Kaidan and he comes out of nowhere with "I have feelings for you." like Tali did or people are all going "Oh it's so obvious he has feelings for you!" DO NOT WANT FOR ANYONE JOKER INCLUDED, and taking the lone s/s option spot I could care less.

And before you even bother linking I'm well aware of how childish I was acting before. So yeah linking that is gonna show what...I was ridculous for a few days? Yet you act like I have some personal vendetta against your beloved m/m Kaidanmance because I dare to point out what I think looks off about it? People do that for the Jokermance all the time and hey  it's just their interpretation and mine is different. That's all. RA FORBID. It's not like I'm screaming THIS IS A BAD SHIP AND YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD! 

*if however the only option I'll be sad. He's dead in most games as well so that really sucks. Odd that I was pro it for that very reason (he could be killed over by anyeone who didn't want to be bothered)*

Is that clear enough? And the crying bit was dramatic. The most I would realistically do is roll my eyes and keep my Shep a widower because the one guy in the galaxy who is willing to sleep with him is the one he wants to push under a bus.

...No. Just...yeah no. 

Plus EDI and Joker debunk this the second Shepard expresses "I think you're taking the human ai interaction a little to far" with Joker's "no need to get all unnatural! on me." and EDI's "it's more of a familial relationship." Legion comes close enough with his whole "there was a hole" bit.

Dood man,  I don't see how my interpation is any more wrong than yours.  I know you want Joker as a romance,  I'm not trying to devalue it,  but,  man you've got about as much as I do to go on at this particular conjuction.  I'm not saying don't include it because they each other,  I'm just saying I've drawn my own conclusions just as much as you.

Whatevia. I wouldn't cry if Joker was the only s/s LI. I would be (very) disappointed it wasn't Kaidan, but would still be happy there's something for me finally. You on the other hand simply hate Kaidan and well, you've basically admitted it. Or 'throwing under bus' comment was yet another 'tad' dramatization?

I do want Shepard to have a non-squaddie romance though...preferably someone that's not Joker or anyone that's used to his insane crap. It would be refreshing to have someone that's not super strong or super smart, that doesn't know Shepard too well and isn't insane. (and no the priiize. Or fake "I have it all togehter." when in truth you just don't look at the issue.) And please for the love of god no "she requires a better man than I." Uh...so why should I settle for you?

It was my group. You remade it so what's the issue? If I had something against being spoken off I would've deleted the comment or kicked the user from the group if it was about power. I realized they were right and I closed the group. 

And like I said you seem to seem to feel persecuted. Poor baby. 

Nope I can't stand Kaidan. Him or Ashley. Vitrol Spewing is pretty apt description of them. So yeah my Shep would throw him under the bus the first time he had an opportunity. So if Kaidan comes up with some "I had feelings for you all along" my Shep's liable to laugh in his face.

I don't know. I always found Krogan to be very... Spartan. And if you know your history, you know HOW Spartans ENCOURAGED their men to create unit cohesion. To be honest, I think that explains Garrus' story about his sex with a female soldier. Maybe Turians "blow off steam" regularly in that fashion, and it may even happen between Turians of the same gender. True, there is no indications either way, and it may be wishful thinking for some, but it's pretty clear that the sex he had wasn't for procreation or long-term commitment.

I do hate Femmesheps sexual harrasment voice,  but,  really the Jacob romance is pretty good.  Sure,  people like to make fun of the prize...  but it doesn't seem any worse than Garrus' totally emo "I just want something to work" line.

It's the sexual harassment voice and his: "she requires a better man than I." that makes the romance pretty much a no go for me.

Well,  since she drops the "I'm like totally perfect without flaw,  perfect, perfect, perfect..."  every conversation I can understand his point of view.
