I was greatly dissapointed with the lack of character interaction with legion, I got the character and than it was off to the end of the game. This was my BIG problem with the way the story was told, I get this fantastic well spring of knowledge on the geth (Whom I heart immensely) and I couldn't get really anything out of him. As for Chakwas she's a crew member and not a squadie so, she kind of gets pushed to the curb when it comes to dialogue outside of her awesome fetch quest scene.
I'd like a return to ME style crew dialogue, but, even than the conversations were for the most part limited to one dialogue tree.

Yes please! Even if it seems unlikely that he will even be a squad member, it won't stop me from wishing!
And keep him OUT of Heavy Armor please! Vega's in Heavy Armor, Kaidan is too for some reason, so if Jacob is forced to wear it too, that will be all the human male sqaud mates(not counting Zaeed) in Heavy Armor... Please no.
