Do you think that if Shepard has more than one previous love-interest, the new ME3 love-interests will automatically reject Shepard for having "too much on his plate"?
Because the more I think about it, the more I really want to make a new Shepard who romances Ashley and Kelly and Miranda, but then dumps them all for a man in ME3. It would be
hilarious to me. And kind of.... strangely satisfying. You see, I already have a gay male Shepard who has stayed single and lonely all through ME1 and ME2, but now I want to make a bisexual Shepard who says, "You know what? Fine, Bioware! I'll play your game! I'll romance my way through space and have galaxy-shaking sex with every woman I meet! And it'll be AWESOME! ....but then I'll dump them all for a man the
moment one becomes available."
Oh yes, it would be amazing.
But do you think the Bioware writers will let me get away with it? Juggling that many romances... that's a lot of variables, a lot of state-checks, a lot of dialogue.... A part of me thinks that the new love-interests, regardless of gender, will simply turn Shepard down if he or she already has two or more love-interests. What do you think?
