I think she has it in her. She just burries it so deep that it's hard for anyone to see it. Once she releases the inhibitions that Flemmeth placed on her I think she'll be able to realize who she really is. While she'll never be a Mother Theresa, she isn't as bad as she leads people to believe.

That is one of the reasons I am glad the love scenes faded to black. You can ASSUME they went all the way but they may not have. Garrus waited until AFTER my female Shepard showered and got dressed up in full uniform before showing up. I assume SOMETHING intimate happened but Garrus may not have gotten to home base.

Tali romance is only acceptable to me if they did NOT go all the way. I can see kissing and groping through the suit being enough to excite a young Quarian who has been isolated her whole life. That alone should have been magic for her. However saying they got totally naked and that Shepard came inside her and that they may have swapped bodily fluids through different orrifices is silly considering how guarded Quarians are about exposure even within their own race.
