(main!Shep will admit to some curiosity about that breeding request, though. I mean, supposedly the requests all came from the female camp, right? And Wrex always did tell her she'd make a better krogan than half the actual krogan he knows....)

No no, that was two separate ideas. Your dudeShep should be careful with Wrex. My femShep is mildly curious about the breeding request from Unnamed Female Krogan, although she should also be careful about it. Becuse, seriously. Krogan sex? Unlikely to be all easy sighs and golden soft-focus camerawork.

Yeah, I don't know that I'd want Thane for SS romance.  I'd take him over Garrus, but that's just because Thane doesn't have mandibles.  I like Garrus.  I just don't like him.  And then there's the whole family thing going on with Thane.

I wouldn't want Thane romance 'cause he has Carth Onasi syndrome. Dead/divorced wife and/or child. On this one, I'm with the girls. Male LIs in BW games suffer from this condition waaaay too often.

Vega's muscles can be appealing if they were soften just a bit. I like men to still look like they are made of flesh and not marble.

As for Wrex the only reason I wanted to hear that he was a s/s option was because if Bioware announced that I would know that there would be no limits in ME3 and I figured that they would be pulling out all the stops for the entire game not just the LIs.

And this thread would EXPLODE!

Thane is an ok character for my squad but if he's the m/m love interest then i'll just opt out... the baggage is way too much. Carth Onasi syndrome for sure.

I did not like Thane. He was just THERE. He was in the game and on the cover but I thought Zaeed or Kasumi fit the game better than he did. The only thing I can see going for him would be someone might like a biotic sniper and I could not figure out why he could not cloak like Shepard and Kasumi can.

As for the LI aspect he did not move me either. It was like Bioware gave him a whole bunch of lines so their "have sex with those you talk to a lot" rule kicks in.
