With the context and vocal inflextions, I would say it's the former. If latter, I would imagine Jacob wouldn't be saying it like he was guilty of something. It'd be said with a more sarcasm/annoyed tone. 

Geez, we really need to stop dissecting every single line. Jack's girl club line and this...<_<

Lol.  I was replaying ME1 (again) and when I heard that exchange I couldn't help but laugh.  They totally want each other.  If Ash is made bi in ME3, she would probably be like "What took you so long?":lol:

The thing is there is lots of things/words/phrases that people use in common speech thinking they are correct and really totally are not.

For example I find a lot of people on this forum say Cannon to mean Canon. Or in fanfic I find a lot of authors use the word "irregardless" which is not a word, it would just be regardless.

So you people might think that "me" is correct and really BW writers might be right and the correct grammar is "I". We need an English teacher!

He was quoted in an interview he gave at comiccon (I think it was comiccon) as saying he had been recording lines for SS romance for Kaidan.
