I don't remember who that is.
Edit:
Just looked it up. He's a corpse though. I dunno how fun that romance would be s/s or not. *shivers*

In related news, it was just confirmed there'll be no s/s romances in SWTOR. I'm really surprised. It's like, one step forward just to do one step backwards for BW
Well, that's helped me decide not to bother with the thing then.
I don't play MMO's but was going to try it out b/c it was BW/Star Wars but 'meh'.

I was going to play it because it would continue KOTORs, but since that will actually be done via Revan novel, I've lost nearly all the interest. This only sealed the deal.jlb524 wrote...

Ditto here, I was going to pre-order the game with the birthday money I'd be getting Tuesday and and least give it a one month fair shake....but this news killed it for me. If romances were to be included then SGRA should be in as well. Way to cave in Bioware . I don't buy the BS that they didn't know about either the demand or the fact the LA has a bad history when it comes to respecting the LGBT community.

As someone who is quite familar with the way Mr. Lucas runs his businesses, I'm pretty certain LucasArts pulled the plug on any sort of homosexual relationships in the game. After all, Star Wars is a franchise that is aimed for children which is why we have:makenzieshepard wrote...

You forget the incestuous kiss which I thought only happened in story telling from the Elizabethan times. But no, incest is nowhere near as disturbing as s/s by any means... <_<
Edit:
Just want to be sure people sensed my sarcasm if the smiley wasn't enough lol.

Haha the worst part was when he stood in for Amidala in that one thing. I couldn't take him seriously. A political leader shouldn't be saying "meesa".

Haha ya her acting was a bit rusty back then, but she was young so I'll cut her some slack for that. If you see her now in Black Swan... I was absolutely amazed with her skill.

But then, she was amazing in Leon The Professional and other movies before Star Wars as well. Hayden ain't a bad actor either, I saw him in some other movies and he honestly can act without much effort. But in Star Wars? Jesus Christ. And yet, older actors in the prequels did very good - McGregor, Neeson and of course McDiarmid.gamer_girl wrote...

I believe it was the case of excessive blue screen usage. Older actors with more experience were able to use all their knowledge and tricks to create the non-existing set and all in their minds, while young Portman/Christensen couldn't simply because they lacked years of experience, not that they didn't know how to act.

Everyone stunk in the prequels Lucas can't (and never has been able to) direct, I just imagine him screaming from the sidelines "DON'T ACT DO NOT ACT! NO NO NO NO! MORE WOODEN LESS INFLECTION!" Plus nobody could read those scripts with those words in them and make it sound believeable.
There's a reason why Empire Strike Back is the only Star Wars movie that genuinely holds up, Lucas didn't direct it. In fact it was the one he was least involved with.

Haha personally I thought both of them were vastly superior to Mark Hamill's acting in SW. It made the first 3 films hard for me to take seriously.

Mark Hamill's acting was pretty sad back then, but he was just a kid as well. After his car accident his face got smushed in pretty bad too - when he got put back together, he never looked the same.
Nowadays he does a lot of voice acting in video games - and I will say that he has made incredible strides.

Is there a stated rule on what rating a game can get if it features s/s content? I know Rock Band has a "Teen" rating (not including ratings for DLC) and has some s/s innuendos in the player creation editor, and I believe "The Sims" has a "Teen" rating, but there the s/s content is almost an Easter Egg if I remember right.
For reasons I don't fully understand being "dramatically gay" seems to merit a more restrictive rating in entertainment, whether it be games, television, or movies than equivalent straight content. For example, in "Modern Family" you may see a gay couple in bed together reading, but a straight couple can grind away with a strategically barely placed bed sheet.

Haha ya unfortunately that's the way the world works. Until people stop being so smug and believing that their way is the right way, then that's how it'll continue. People have a stcik crammed up their butts for whatever reason. It'd be nice to see heteros judged once in a while. And I'm a hetero lol.

I can't talk about the original The Sims, but in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3 the S/S content is there to anyone see and pursue.
Then I am behind on the times then. I've only played the first one and there you had to "force" your characters to be gay because they wouldn't be s/s on their own.

But I believe The Sims 2 did have a sexuality meter that was never implemented. All Sims are 50/50 bisexual and the meter doesn't move.
