Sadly there's no solid evidence of her crush unless you're dude Shep. She says nothing about a crush if Shep's female.

I'm pretty sure Shiala tells dude Shep and FemShep the same thing about getting together later. Unless I remembered that youtube vid wrong.

Diana is someone from ME3.

Shiala is from Me1 and if you didn't play it and save her she's automatically killed by default Shepard I believe.

No, Shiala thing is based on the fact BW clearly set up the ground in ME2 for a potential future-romance (or light romance) with both Shiala and Gianna. In the leak, there wasn't anything about either of them, but the leak wasn't complete

The devs already stated that there will be NPC romances.

Happy that's there's FINALLY something for GayShep, and with a character who seems to be great, disappointed it's just one m/m LI compared to quadrillion straight ManShep's LIs as well as multiple o/s and s/s FemShep's LIs
