Bioware has given us a well-developed, handsome, masculine, and exclusively s/s love interest, and we have people set to go into "rage mode" because we don't like his hair or his skin is too dark or because he may be the "only" one available to s/s? I'm not a Bioware apologists by any stretch--I was among the first to call them out for hypocrisy over the lack of m/m in ME1--but it seems to me we should be saying "thank you" and supporting the company. I don't mind Cortez, though I'll have to ask Caleb Shepard and see what he thinks.  

Still, even if I didn't like him I feel Bioware doesn't deserve rage and hate. I personally have more demisexual tendancies, so can easily find others physically attractive if I like their personality and am emotionally attached, and I like Cortez and his personality from what little I've seen of the leaks. He's well developed, fleshed out and has an indepth romance. People who call him an 'afterthought,' make me feel like they don't quite understand the writing process that goes into creating a character.

Also both writing teams have commented on this if I remember right (Mass Effect and Dragon Age) but the designers and artists don't always follow the ideas the writers have for apperances and sometimes get things different to what the character's creator imagined. I remember David Gaider making a comment that characters were much more likely to come out how the writers imagined them if they didn't tell the art designers that they were also love interests.

So just puttin' that out there.

As for the face being a CC created one... I feel that when you get into the game it'll look better than what the CC can accomplish. I remember being so annoyed that I couldn't get a jawline/mouth that matched Wilson's, and he didn't have a facescan. xD


Edit: Rockstar has s/s? I must have missed it.

Also I don't mean any offense to anyone by what I said, it's just my two cents on the matter. ^^;

That's a tall-ass order.

I finished my most recent playthrough, and the sexual tension in that sequence is still ridiculous. Sheploo just about assaults Kaidan with that stare, under those scorching red lights.

I will never understand it if these two don't get it on in this one.

lol seriously xD Like I said in Kaidan's thread, maybe it's all unintentional and a a result of reusing animations, but I just don't believe anymore that BioWare devs would be STILL completly obvlivious to how much ******-eroticism there is in a lot of Kaidan/mShep scenes xD This one is like the most blatant yet xD

Those three Kaidan pictures are cracking me up. I hope he's an S/S option, but that would leave me unsure, since I had already decided to import my femShepxKaidan first and I don't really want to have two of my Shepards romance the same guy... still, small price to pay.

Thank you. I did edit the photo, but it was Chun Hei's idea.

EDIT: I deleted the new picture I placed in this particular post. Once I placed it it looked 10 times creepier than it did when I was making it and didn't seem funny anymore. Plus it was kind of a mean cheap shot at s/s critics and I'm just trying to have fun here.
