Agreed, except for Alistair. Killed him nearly every time, except that one time where I let him live so I could watch him get wasted in The Hanged Man.
I once started a fanart of Loghain killing Alistair, much to the approval of the crowd... didn't finish it, though. I really should.

Look at the date on his picture. He is obviously a newborn troll. Do not feed him and let him die.

I know, I know. I get my temper on and can't stop. Your pics of Kaidan soothed the inner demons though...

Nobody cares about FOX News. Nobody.
I can see Wal-Mart as a big factor, but I wouldn't say at this point that it could have been the only reason they excluded it from the game (maybe it was the reason they didn't even do it in the first place, but I don't believe they would have taken it all out just because of this).
But content has needed to be censored before to retail at Wal-Mart. I can remember in the 90s that you never wanted to buy CDs there because the packaging was censored if they didn't approve. I don't know if that's still the case, but when was the last time anybody bought a CD? Probably they can't afford to be so puritanical anymore.
I once read an article about the censorship by Wal-Mart, wish I could find it. They definetaly can afford to be puritanical. What's funny though is how it varied by location, ie. they wouldn't even sell FHM in the US, which could be found on shelves in Canadaj; other porducts carried will vary internationally.
But then again, as an outsider, the US seems backwards in so many ways...

Lick on these nuts and suck the bricks
Go on the forums and whine about same sex romance
And hope to make mass effect a gay run

I was speaking in that instance specifically about the censorship of CD packaging. The retail music market has collapsed; if Wal-Mart even carries CDs still, I don't think they can afford to be so choosy as they were in the 90s (it was really stupid).corky_g wrote...

Hollywood has extraordinary power, so you can always find unmolested DVDs. But video games were and remain the lowest rung of the entertainment ladder. I have no doubt they still have some sway in content, although I'd expect something like tepid gay romance (and all BioWare romance is tepid) to not invoke the same response from them as it may have even just a few years ago.
