While Kinder eggs have been available in Canada since 1975, the product has never been allowed into the US for several reasons. In 1993 the Ferrero Group (the maker of Kinder eggs) applied to have the eggs sold in the USA, but was turned down because of a prohibition against having an inedible item inside an edible object. Products like ****** Jack that contain inedible toys in the same package are not subject to the ban because the toy is in the box, not in the food.[citation needed] More recently, the US Consumer Products Safety Commission determined in 2008 that the product did not meet the small-parts requirement for toys for children under the age of three, creating a choking and asphyxiation hazard in young children. From 1991 to 1998, at least 4 children around the world have died of choking after swallowing the toy inside the Kinder egg.[6]

On January 10, 2011, it was reported that a Kinder egg was seized from a woman's car during a random inspection while entering the United States from Canada. You'd need to have a certain skill to swallow the whole package inside the chocolate shell though...

Not missing out much last time I bought some, which felt more embrassing then buying a dirty mag, the toys are so lame, the "constructions" are stick 2 parts together...done, they still manage to print instructions though but no decals anymore...oh nostalgia why must you toy with me so?

Slightly less off-topic, regardless of you're personal thoughts of anders and what he done, you have to admit the romance is a great story, how often do you get that level of betrayal and shock from it and even if you feel it's needed get to kill your love in a final embrace and stab. I loved the parts where Justice would address me and my influence and when Anders himself made the line about the situation keeping them apart, templars etc. Actually rather sad that I'll never get more of the Hawke/Anders tale even if Anders returns. Although for the record I don't find the templars or the chantry that innocent, Anders has more denialablity though Justice mixing with his personal and highly troubled past, again though its up for debate if thats a inheritly bad thing to take a spirit into himself,  while the Grand Cleric the least so of the lot but have my suspision regarding her.
As an extension of that it's why I'm so glad he was bi, having Anders being bi means everyone can experience it, although various lines and aspects of the relationship take on new meaning under a m/m.
It's likely that same endearment to the story there is what makes me rather have a previous character, one which has had a few bumps, be a romantic interest in ME3, over someone new, as it has more potential even if the romance itself only blossoms in the last game.

Love those pics Chun Hei, now I won't be able to play though those scenes without thinking Kaidans poking me with Biotics or only so frustrated because he wants that...

Poor Solid, you aren't worse then Saren and I know exactly how you feel being unable to find the right expression after reading that, it's was yes to both for me too, it'll be a long fall now.

One other thing: Am I missing something about Walmart? I've heard the legacy of Walmart and Target before but surely they can't have that much power in affecting sales, theres others stores and even if you lived in the middle of nowhere next to the only shop in town which happens to be a walmart, theres always the Phone/Mail/Internet ordering. Surely Walmart aren't responsible for that many sales of people who don't want it/never heard of it just picking it up in a store after seeing it on sale or reduced.

I don't know how they deal with the negativity. It'd drive me insane that people with no idea what they're talking about, and no experience in game design, are saying those sort of things about something I worked on for two years. 

I can almost see why the vast majority of the DA2 team don't go near the forums anymore.

Some fans are ridiciulously full of entitlement.

To be fair to the DA2 whiners, there are many, many problems with DA2 that needed to be addressed.  I'm still amazed they thought they could release the game in the state they did.

To be fair, though, almost none of them ever have. There's a core group of posters who really seemed to crave the abuse, but it was always just a small handful of people who ever participated.

So yeah, DA2 fans suck, but the fans have always been like that (user forums are hazardous to developers, period) and most of them knew better than to ever willingly dive in.

I'm not surpised to see the outburst of this, after that news. Not like the forums aren't full of hate soley over textures, maybe it's just cause I grew up with 8 bit graphics I think it looks great.

Kinda makes me glad my own brother is too lazy to accept my recruit request for earlier access to MP, though I would have liked the recruitment packs if they end up helping the SP game.

That probably came out completely wrong, I mean you're one of a handful of people that actually makes it worth trying to have a discussion on here, even if you're still left a bit speechless of late.
Actually one of the few people that ever reply to me, think trolls are somehow naturally more popular then me, I swear sometimes I must give off an aura of ignore no matter what forum I'm on.

Edit: Maybe it's just down to other then some good news for a game, the rest of the day has been pretty much a let down and just more of the same let down that support groups continue to be in reflection.

I REALLY hope that the game imports our Shepards better than entering the code on the CC screen. It is going to drive me INSANE if I am forced to redesign all of Chun Hei's Asian Shepards again.

Arabs and Native Americans don't look too bad, so there is a bright side. My Puerto Rican Shepard went emo, though. And I did make a blonde Shepard that didn't suck, so there is definitely an improvement.

I don't see how it would, but maybe the setup is different or they have more options in the full game (and the demo is substituting).

The string should match to your options(?), so I don't think they're going to get some difference on import that they wouldn't also apply when inputing the code.

And I'm happy, my Sheps all look better in ME3
