My stance on spoiling this stuff is because official marketing shies away from this stuff to avoid potential negative repercussion from homophobics and whatnot.

How does the Illusive Man's arc end up? Does he feel like more of an idiot or a tragedy?

His symbol has always been a dying star so I'm not surprised at his fate, but do you think Bioware pulled him off well for ME3?

I haven't noticed a difference.
I enjoy it though. They didn't go for a pretty boy flamboyant stereotype.

There's nothing stopping you from romancing Ashley now.

My LesbianShep is quite happy with Liara, though. Ash in her game is... well, ash.

Oh, my FemShep is quite happy with Liara as well now after LotSB, but back in ME1, I liked Ash for her better than Liara (until, you know, Horizon came along...). Though I do have two alternative playthroughs where she leaves Liara at the end of LotSB, so that she could romance Garrus in one and get together with Samantha in ME3 in the other.
