Well, logically you are right but however person who fall in love one man (Kaidan in our example) probably will continue calling himself straight.

Been there, done that. Never again. (In real life, not in game. I will get my share of Kaidan loving at some point).

Yeah, I think it's a looot of confusion on his part.  But hey, if Shepard loves him back, then... hey it all works out!

But the confusion route is how I'll probably headcanon it.

And that's why it is there obviously to me. I mean, with DA2, devs blatantly stated they made it this way so people can headcanon some stuff. Logically, thinking he's still 100% straight is of course a fairy-tale, but hey it's a game in which we can fairy-tale renegade him and Garrus in 3 dialogues and none of the LIs care if Shepard is a super-ugly sociopath so it's all game

We all knew in ME1 Shepard was playing it for Kaidan after seeing him so happy as you limp from the rubble.

Thanks for the Dave Gahan, not heard him before. Although think I'd still perfer something softer as the romance theme for MShep/Kaidan. Ask the artist of World spins madly on to do a version with Shenko dancing like that (guy looks a bit like kaidan already with the hairbump), was done using actual dancers to choreograph it, loved the simplicity myself. You went to art school?

This is War is great blasting to Multiplayer, Voice of the people (Vox Populi) calling them to war.

Maybe Windows to the Sky - Lullaby worth Something or Tomorrow's so yesterday (same band).

@M4 part II - Yes, of course, but it's been mentioned so many times already I thought it was too obvious a choice. Still, love that song. I'm sad that more of Faunts' songs aren't like it. One of my favorites is Meno Mony Falls, but I prefer lyrics.
Dave Gahan's from Depeche Mode. What, Saw Something not soft enough? Let me try to think of something softer...  Tarja is a bit too soft for me, though. Here, Civil Twilight - Letters From the Sky to fit with the whole love + war theme.

@Epic - I don't think so, I've caught up with the thread since last night and I didn't see anything. However, I too am interested in seeing the dialogue, I'd like to know if it's basically Kaidan's copy-paste or if they went for something different.

What kills me about this is that you can't romance ME2 characters anew, so people who it makes less sense for have become bi and poor Gina Shepard still can't have Jack.

The information Klace posted earlier is not accurate. I will not post what is and is not accurate about his claims, but, for whatever reason he chose to, he made up some of the information he told you was in the game.

I do not know why he chose to do this. When I confronted him about it through PM he initially gave me a lot of lies about being sent a copy by our PR team and how he was allowed to post his comments. After I called him on his lies, he admitted he has made up his contact with PR and what he posted. He has been banned form the forums now for deliberately trolling teh community with false information.

So please do not put too much validity into what he claimed he knew form playign the game. I have reason to believe he has made up everything he has claimed or has made accurate guesses.

We want ME players to expereince the romances in game for themselves, so I will not discuss what may or may not be acurate, buy please keep this in mind while you discuss what was claimed.

SolidBeast: Yeah that Tarja song is soft but imagine poor Kaidan driving around in the Mako listening to it on strange new worlds. Not saying Saw something isn't a good song, but something like a simple piano or acoustic song I feel personally is that touch more romantic, power in it's simplicity. Still I love a varied range of music, something for every mood.

The Smoke song is awesome though, conversation is going to cost a bomb now, lol.

Something local to me or Something Old , Shame really so many romance songs tend to have gender specific lines and largely about girls or for them. Well except Cosmo Jarvis - Gay pirates, but I don't think it's really suitable for Shenko, unless Post-ME3 they become space Mercs. I'm sure I have something I listened too and thought this was perfect for it but can't remember it now.

Yeah my play suffered for 30STM Vox Populi but was in a mood, had that blasting and was great stress relief walking round filling troopers with bullets and shocking them.

Kind of curious about you're work now. Looking to get into Concept art specifically or something further from painting like modelling and animation?

Edit: ...Damn, thought passed my mind but wanted to believe anyway. Don't know what to say.

Very sad if true. Chris rarely outright lies but he has been known to twist the truth like a pretzel in order to avoid acknowledging things. So I'm just going to sit back and wait to see how this shakes out. The saddest/funniest part: Klace's dialogue is probably 100x better than what's actually in the game. If anything's in the game to begin with.
