No, if straight femShep offed Kaidan on Virmire, then she has no one. AFAIK, you still can't start a romance with the ME2 LIs.

Kaidan can be dead for male gamers as well...so male gamers has only steve and female gamers get garrus and maybe jacob and vega. you can't say she get's no one.

I'm talking about new romances if you didn't romance anybody in the 1st two games. I'm still not convinced that you can start one with Garrus in ME3. Jacob you definitely can't start one in ME3 (and I really do feel for his fans after reading the leak). Kaidan can be killed off in the CC if someone doesn't know any better, and I hardly call that fair.

*sigh* Vega was my hope, but if his romance is done right, and he doesn't callously brush off femShep's advances, it might turn out rather well. I don't know. I'll be patiently waiting for March 6th. It just seemed to me that femShep got shafted for this installment.

Ahh I understand now. I don't think it will lack contact at all, this isn't Sebastian we are talking about after all. Vega didn't vow to be abstinent from sex or a kiss or anything of that sort forever.

Even Samara's scene had hand holding and an almost kiss, and that lead no where. So when it comes to Vega I don't think the writers will let us down and not give us a hug, hope, or something, that would be cruel!

Regardless of Vega's status, one of my manSheps is gonna get him some Kaidan. So thank you Bioware!

Also, Steve sounds like his romance will be really good, so I'll make a new Shep just for him (as long as the game and its endings don't ****** me off).

I do not need a sex scene or "fade to black" for a romance to be real. In many movies and games the lovers walk off into the sunset and I assume they are going to have some snuggle-bunnies later. If THAT is what happens with Vega I will be happy.

If Vega says "Maybe someday in another tour of duty" I will have Garrus take the shot.

I'm also hoping that Vega has enough flirty/romantic dialogue to justify making a Shep for him, since I don't currently have one. If it's just once of twice over the whole game, I'm not sure. Depends on how awesome he is.

I'm also hoping Ash still feels like Ash, with her writer gone. I mean, I'm sure she's grown and all, but with the new sexed-up appearance (blah), I'm really counting on the writing to make it feel like she's still the same person.

As for straight FemShep options... I don't even know anymore. It doesn't seem all that fair in the end (if all the leaks are true), but I wouldn't be surprised.

This is the latest UNCONFIRMED information that is supposedly taken from the guide which has not been put on sale yet. Take with a grain of salt.

Just kidding. I'll be back, but honestly that's the one thing I wanted to hear. I am very confident that Cortez is a M/M romance, and so is Kaidan. That's all that really mattered to me when it came to romance, but it's nice to know Vega is an option.

Even if it is fake, I have faith a lot of that is true.

It sucks that I'm in Australia. We don't even have a confirmed released date, we only know that it will be sometime in March. Anywhere from between the 6th-9th, 12th, 16th and 20th of March are all possible release dates.

And that is only assuming that ME3 will be given a M15+ rating. If the sex-scenes are too much and it is given a R18+ Australia could be looking at a severe delay or possibly not even be released in Australia at all.
