Closer we get to release the less excited I'm getting.
Solid is going to love this too when he reads it. If you see him before me tell him I have a spare pitchfork and torch for the mob.

Humans have always had poor genetic diversity. Two humans from opposite corners of the world have less difference in genetic make-up than two Orangutans from the same patch of rainforrest. There is only one animal that I know of that has less genetic diversity than us and that is the Cheetah.
We haven't ALWAYS had poor genetic diversity, we have the supervolcanic eruption of Mount Toba about 70,000 years ago to thank for our genetic bottleneck. But still, despite that we still have a pretty decent amount of variation amongst individuals.

Let me clarify it then, modern humans, ****** Sapien Sapien, has always had poor genetic diversity.

If you romance the VS, they appear. Otherwise, it's the other character.
Not a problem for mShep/Kaidan, but... I imagine a lot of other forumgoers would be pretty annoyed.
I'm tired of the other character getting shoved in my face.
This.
At this point I want to burn the other character with a flamethrower. I'm that ****ing tired. Damn blueberry.
This has killed all my enthuasim for the game. Ugh. I don't know why it couldn't have been quick flashes of everyone instead of a select few people but noooo that would've been too much I guess. *throws hands up and walks away* That with the endings? Yeah. No.

Correction... according to order most important person every shepards life is Joker.
And they are talking about straight Shepard. That guy screams latent gay to me. Ask how many straight guys will remember a man who aint their relative or mentor in a situation like that.
Edit: Now we have very important reason to have Kaidan as bi. If for nothing just to avoid horny space smurfette.

For the record I think that Smurfette is way sexier than Liara.

LOL! Also she is gay friendly if you consider that she lives in a gay village.

But I'm so sick of having her shoved down my throat, my dealings with her in ME2 and LoTSB left nothing but a vile taste in my mouth. I just wanted to scream at her "I didn't pick you, get over it already!". That and how hard would it have been for Bioware to do one line for Faithful VS players, "I'm doing it so Kashley can see I'm the same person I always was", not that I actually cared for her opinion on who my LI was.
Bad enough that she's not staying on the SB base, you know where she said she'd love and could be useful, that she can only die if life as Shep knows it ends and I may have to have her in my team for various points.
I wouldn't put money on people starting new VS relationships not triggering the default either, including MShep/Kaidan.
@Ryzaki: Yeah feel the same, this and the theme of the endings. If I wanted to watch my favourite characters get a raw deal I'd watch soap opera's.
How's keeping quiet on the s/s romances working out for you BW?
At this point I think I'd only get excited if DLC for "Mythbusters: What color does an Asari turn if suffocated in the Vacuum of space?" was announced.

What's so bad about the endings?
For the record, the incendiary headline in the spoiler group isn't true. That doesn't apply to every possible outcome of the choice.
Shep living isn't much better off and THIS is what's so bad about the ending (ENDING SPOILERS OBVIOUSLY FOLKS).
@Ri: Exactly. If this BS is true this game managed to be ****tier than DA2. That's a goddamn feat!

Their blood is copper based right? So shouldn't they turn a copper-orange sort of colour?

DM me - I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
A high enough readiness score can get the fluffy ending with all the rainbows and bunnies.
Edit: Er, PM. I'm used to twitter.
There is no fluffy ending. There's only horrible, less horrible, and meh. Go to the spoiler group. Hell go to this thread. HEAVY SPOILERS OBVIOUSLY.

Well put.
Even I knew the endings for some time and adjusted my mind to accept it. I don't like you have to choose less bad ending situations. It is downside of writing games revolving around certain character as writers try to fit ending with the one they wanted. A hybrid makes no one's happy.

What?
Red with a high enough GRS is basically what everyone has been asking for the entire time. All it needs is a horse and a sunset to ride off into.
Uh no. Spoilers below highlight.
Shep dies in the merge ending automatically. It might be sunshine and rainbows for everyone else (actually I think the Normandy crew ends up having to form a colony on a remote planet they land on because said planet has no relays period and the ship is trashed) but for Shep? It sucks. Destroy? Shep either dies or with enough readiness can live. Nice and isolated on the Citadel. Yay. Probably doomed to a slow death. His LI is stranded on the colony/stranded on another planet that he can't reach because no more relays. Control? Shep's stuck in the place of the Guardian.
Readiness just means if Earth survives or not if I'm reading the endings correctly

If there's no happy end, ( rainbow, care Bears ) I am glad. That means the reapers weren't weak and there are true consequences after the war. War isn't a game and will never be. I just hope Shep can remain alive.
War isn't a game but ME3 is.
When did happy endings become such a bad thing? Not like negative ones aren't cliche and overdone to hell and back with all the TV, movies, books and games that do it.
